Great Condo

The condo is large and well equipped with all needed home furnishings. The building is great and very friendly people. Loved the concierge staff. The property manager was great. My only complaint is no heated pool. It is supposed to be heated but there is no way.

Second stay

We’ve stayed at MG before but in a different apartment. This apartment was covered in animal hair. When we arrived we had to spend the next few hours cleaning all the hair that was everywhere. We had to keep changing light bulbs because most of them weren’t working. MG is general is fantastic. Great area. Great people. Great staff. Keith our contact to the apartment was great. I would definitely stay at MG again but maybe in another apartment.

Why they chose this property

Close to Disney Orlando to childhood fairy land:)
Quiet and yet close to water front sports, vacation beach.
Gated community with security. Safe environment.
Well equipped gym.
Building community events every month.
Two pools, spa, steam room.
Friendly concierge.
Security
And much more:)
When I like the crowd, go to the beach; when I want to be quiet, enjoy the club house in the condo campus:)
When hurricane hits, this condo is inland, damage risk is filtered by the distance and river from the sea. Close enough to enjoy the sea, far enough from the danger.
Night view is colorful, not only the black sea on the beach. That's why I chose this condo:)
Running on the treadmill facing water and beautiful view:)
There are plenty activities around for you to choose:)

What makes this property unique

Sunny view in the master bedroom:)
So many amenities: gym, steam room, movie theatre, activities, library, pool table, ping pong tables... great security
Everything a home has is available here:)
NASA launches right out living and dining room windows
