Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this prime spot is perfectly situated within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants.

Your cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath oasis will greet you with beautifully updated coastal chic decor. The owners have added many personal touches to let you know that you have arrived at the perfect Outer Banks destination. The entire unit has been coated with refreshingly neutral colors to enhance the priceless ocean view! And the brand-new flat screen TV will provide some entertaining down time after a fun filled day on the beach.

The lovely, updated kitchen will make the chef in the family happy too. You'll feel at home with the updated stainless-steel appliances and all the necessary cookware to prepare a delicious meal, and there's plenty of workspace! With the large dining table for 4, you can all enjoy a lovely meal together and some spectacular views, as you discuss your next great Outer Banks adventure.

The King En Suite boasts a King bed draped with crisp new bedding and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, adjoining the private En Suite. The second bedroom has one full size and one twin size bed, also with new bedding, to ensure everyone rests comfortable and in style. Full hall bath is conveniently located just around the corner!

This Admiral's View III condo is the perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with your friends and family. This was our first time in the outer banks and it was great. The condo was amazing and perfect for our family of four. We loved the close beach access and the pool was a bonus. The vibe here is so chill and relaxing which is what we needed.

Great location and super clean

Absolutely wonderful view from the balcony and the property is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The beds and all the furniture was super comfortable. Loved being right on the beach. Will definitely book again if it is available on our next trip.

Good. Need a baggage lift for the renters. Had to carry all our bags buy hand up 4 flights of stairs. Need better lighting on the steps. A wood walk way down to the beach. Inside the condo was vcery nice. Need more info on ads. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location. The deck was a beautiful view of the beach. The only complaint is walking up the sand dune to get to the beach when you have small children and beach gear.

Amazing!

This was the perfect location for our vacation. The four flights of stairs were a lot at times, but the listing was very clear about the lack of elevator (we just weren't aware how out of shape we are!!) Walkable to plenty of restaurants/bars and the beach was not busy at all.

Overall good experience

The stay was exactly as advertised! The only thing is the bedroom/bathroom doors must have been freshly painted because they did not close. Also, make sure to bring quarters for the laundry!

Nice place

On the forth floor so one should be in shape to walk up and down allot. Clean and neat. Only minor issue was that kurig needed to be descaled.View and balcony were very nice.

We loved the condo and location. It would have been nicer to have been able to check in before 4 though. Especially since the property was ready. The rental company is too rigid on that.

Overall impression was very nice. Had a few issues that we weren't pleased with. The floors looked cleaned but walking in bare feet, the bottoms were black. So we had to wash the floors, the double bed was hard and i could feel the springs, the kitchen only had one towel and wash cloth for the whole week.

Birthday get away

I read a review that mentioned the 3 story climb to the unit, so I packed light. It wasn’t easy. Not to mention that we are in our 60’s. A plus side to the 3rd floor is the wonderful view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Lots of good places eat!

A very nice condo in OBX

Our family of 4 enjoyed the third floor condo at Admiral View 3. It was an ideal location! A 10 second walk to the beach. A great pool for afternoon swims. Close to grocery, convenient stores, restaurants and attractions. Absolutely impeccable customer service. We stay in a fair number of Home Away listings and this was by far the most attentive. Only 1 issue and that is with listing details: no elevator. We had no need for the elevator but for anyone requiring an elevator it does not exist at this property.

This was our first time to OBX! My kids and I had a fabulous week in this condo. The unit is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The view was spectacular and I loved having my coffee each morning on the balcony before the kids got up. It was so peaceful. The wind was strong most days so it was a double red flag day at the beach most of the week, but we still had a great time on the sand :) The location is great, especially for first timers. We went north and south and explored many other places without having to drive too far. As many have mentioned, there are only stairs to the unit. (42 to be exact, we counted lol). They are not bad though. We just packed in smaller suitcases so we were able to carry things easier. Overall, I highly recommend this unit. We will certainly be back, thank you!

Overall good, the place was clean and nice. When we arrived there was no remotes to any of the tvs. We ended up finding one remote under the couch but it had no batteries. I contacted the rental people as soon as we got there and was told they would bring them that day. Which they did not bring a remote until the following evening. Our kids were used to going to bed with the tv on, so the first night was a inconvenience. Other than that the property was as described, convenient and clean. The walk up is technically 4 floors due to nothing being on the bottom floor but really was not that bad.
