Excellent Week!!!
We enjoyed another excellent week at the Sands !! The morning sunrises were beautiful from the balcony; the location was perfect; the unit had new flooring and the luggage lift was much appreciated!

This is a well-maintained condo. This was the second year we rented this unit. It is close to everything, especially the beach! The decor just makes you feel at home and able to relax.

Beautiful Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the OBX, and your place was very welcoming and centrally located. It was fun to watch for the dolphins and porpoises just offshore. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We loved our week vacation at this unit. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the views are beautiful. The weather was a bit too cool for us to be out on the beach, but we enjoyed the sound of the ocean and watching dolphins swim by from the condo! There are many nearby restaurants — we especially loved breakfast at Beachside Bistro and lunch at Greentails Seafood Market. A few other comments mentioned a smell of marijuana from one of the neighboring units. We did notice this as well and it was quite strong at times but only occasional. One suggestion to management: the set of cutting knives were very dull and could use replacing! Other than that we had everything we needed and would definitely come back again!

Nothing beats ocean views, comfy beds, and dolphins cruising by before breakfast. We’re thrilled the condo helped make your vacation such a relaxing one. We also appreciate the feedback on the knives and will get those swapped out. Thank you as well for sharing your experience regarding the neighboring unit. We’re so glad you still had a wonderful stay and hope the beach calls you back again soon.
