Amazing place!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and well equipped. The pool area, garden and all the surrounding is beautiful. Great to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definetly stay there again.

You Will Love This Place!!!

Such a perfect place in all the ways that make a vacation special. The location is so close to ALL the great places St. Armand’s Circle offers, the beach is super close with the best sand, the beds were comfy- loved the beach chairs and small cooler- all the touches were thoughtful and the pool area was so clean and right off the back porch. You will love this place!!!

Perfect location!

Lovely condo in a perfect location! There are numerous shops and restaurants within steps of the complex, and the beach is a few short blocks away. The condo was well stocked, and even had a selection of pool/beach toys. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was beautiful and proper for my younger children. The pool was clean and clear. The other residentials were so friendly and the ships surrounding were really neat. Beautiful vacation spot! Hope to go back sometime soon!

The condo is bright, updated, and has very pleasant decor. We loved sitting on our little screened lanai with its courtyard view and easy pool access. The proximity to St. Armand’s Circle is a plus. I Trip was very responsive to a couple of minor issues.

Ideal vacation rental at St Armand's Circle

Love this apartment, it has everything - location just steps from the restaurants and shops of St Armands; spacious, clean, well equipped and maintained; comfortable beds and furniture; screened porch with direct access to garden and pool. The people at iTrip were great to deal with, very responsive to queries. We've rented it before and certainly plan to do so again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. It is waking distance to great restaurants, shopping and beach. There is now a free trolly service that will take you downtown which is very convenient. The only issue was one live roach and one dead one inside the unit.

We loved the condo. The showers weren’t great bc the glass is odd and you had to put towels down so it didn’t wet the floor. The laundry facility was a pain bc of the app. I wish there were units in rooms. Beach is a tad bit of a hike but the area is beautiful. We wish it was more of a beachy town but it was certainly great.

Diamond in the ruff

This place was great for the pool, hot tub to hot. Great location to walk to all the shops, food and beach. Got groceries thru doordash. Get the trolley app, bayrunner to see when it comes, saves time. Walls are thin, noisy but expected. Laundry not in room, but on site. If you need ER after 8, have to go to the main hospital in Sarasota. Need to provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Overall nice place and would stay again.

Great stay!

Very nice condo. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Good Wi-Fi. You can’t beat the location so close to St. Armand’s Circle and a short walk to the beach. My two negatives were that the thermostat was in a protected area and my thermometer always read 3 to 5 degrees higher. One thing I would change are the blinds in the living room and bedroom. They are both large pleated shades and can only be up or down. You can’t adjust the light that comes in. The unit door opens to the parking area and an alley behind several businesses and restaurants. It can get noisy. The pool is lovely! The pool area is very nice with plenty of seating. Overall, a good place and would definitely stay again.

This property is in great proximity to the beach and surrounding restaurants/shops. The a/c works well, the beds are comfortable, and the furniture is very nice. Helpful to know—parking is for one car and additional parking varies between 12-15 a day. Tap water is terrible like in most of FL, so I suggest taking some bottled water or some kind of filter if you intend on drinking it. Also, there is no ice in the refrigerator—so if you like ice, plan on picking some up or making some. If you are a coffee drinker, plan on taking coffee. There is a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee, so plan on it. The washer and dryer require an app that has a 10 minimum or quarters—this is These are things that I wish I would have known before arrival. The place is nice inside. I took one star off because we encountered a few palmetto bugs (very large roaches). The management company sent pest control within 24 hours. They were very responsive. The beach is gorgeous and I had such a great time there. The wildlife was incredible, seashells and sand dollars, beautiful birds, and crabs—we even saw a dolphin.

Kingston Arms Spring '22

We thought the unit was nice, as advertised, with minor issues. Good kitchen. The quadrangle and pool are very nice. It was great to be so close to St. Armands Circle, but trash trucks were in the alley behind the unit every morning, which made for rude awakenings. Also, workers hang out behind stores in alley, and there's service traffic. Beach chairs and umbrella provided in unit are in awful shape. Open side of showers have partial walls -- no doors. Looks nice, but in master bath it seemed impossible to keep water off the floor. Shower handle came right out of wall. It was easy to put it back in place, but handle with care. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay.
