This is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, closet, large bedroom, and cozy living area . The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. Bedroom has a queen sized bed that sleeps a maximum of three people and a flat screen tv. There is a cozy living area with a 50" Smart flat screen tv and a large leather couch/sofa bed for all your comfort needs. The private balcony has two chairs and small table and is very quiet. This condo is located on the first/ground floor. Wi-fi included inside and Pool side .Towels,beach towels, chairs, noodles, umbrella, cooler.
The Avalon features a large clubhouse offering 24/7 wi-fi internet access, a large heated pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance. This newly renovated condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home .This gated community is located 5 minutes (driving )from clearwater beach on the gulf of Mexico(voted #1 beach in the us in 2013)

.Looking for some adventure? This condo is located close to Florida's major attractions like Disney world, universal studios, Busch gardens, and sea world. Edith was awesome. Any questions or something needed she was right on it.This location was great in the complex, right up front, easy for Uber rides. The place was good for 2 people.. We had friends in the complex, it was hard to have them over for dinner, as it had the island with 2 bar stools. We had to bring in the small patio set from outside. Also some steak knives and a better large knife would be good. All an all it a good place to stay.

I loved my stay here! Super easy drive to the beach and local restaurants, and coffee shops! Condo was extremely clean and cozy! Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was extremely comfortable! My only “complaint” is that the pool closes at 9. Would have been nice to maybe have had adult hours a bit later - but I didn’t kill me.

The condo was perfect- everything we needed. Beautiful pool area . About 10 minutes to Beaches. Grocery store nearby. We really enjoyed our stay . If , you love gardens - DONT miss the Sunken Garden in St. Petes .
