¡Quedará impresionado por esta casa recientemente renovada en Palmetto Dunes Resort! La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gabinetes personalizados. La cocina estará totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis. Los muebles en toda la casa son nuevos al igual que todo en la casa es nuevo. El baño principal cuenta con una cama King, un amplio vestidor y acceso privado a la gran plataforma de madera que adorna la parte trasera de la casa. El baño principal en suite cuenta con una ducha de azulejos y un tocador doble de granito. El segundo dormitorio para huéspedes tiene una cama doble, mientras que el tercer dormitorio para huéspedes tiene dos camas individuales. Estas habitaciones comparten el baño de visitas, que tiene una combinación de tina y ducha con azulejos y su propio tocador de granito. The one step in is broken.Short bike ride to beach or we had family drop us off. The twin bed was too soft son didn't like the foam topper they have on it. The king has lots of spots where it sinks in. I understand they get many renters sleeping in those beds. No problem with check-in. Second time renting here and would definitely rent again.

We did see a gator on the edge of the yard near the water so be careful! (Though that will be true at any house here) Nice selection of games, books, and puzzles for kids, along with large pool. The only negative was many of the nonstick pans in the kitchen need replaced. We'll be back!

Another great week!

The AC works great and the house is stocked very well. The TV in the living room is new and has all the smart features expected. Just a few items to note that we also saw in previous reviews:-The low flow toilets are a pain. They don't always refill, or the water leaks out of the tank. Maintenance came by and replaced the seal on one, but it did the same thing most of the week. -Might be time to replace master BR mattress. Not about the staff, but Palmetto Dunes Staff:-This is for Palmetto Dunes staff who "monitor" the Hospitality App. If you tell customers you will monitor the app, please monitor the app. I sent multiple messages that went unanswered. I finally called and emailed the front desk and my issue was handled immediately. Also, the house code in the app was correct, but the house code on the check in card was wrong. Just created some confusion because the front desk staff said to use the card not what was in the app.

Great week at HHI!

We had a great stay at this property. House was updated and very clean. We really enjoyed the large pool and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Kitchen was well stocked and nice touches like a drying rack in the laundry room. We will definitely look to book again.

Home was lovely - pool was unusable. Management was RUDE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was a HUGE disappointment. The liner had a quarter sized hole in it causing a substantial leak and we were unable to use the pool except for a few hours the evening we first arrived. We understand that issues happen, but the Palmetto Dunes resort front desk and property manager, Justin, were rude and not communicative or accommodating to remedy the situation. They gave us the impression that the pool would be fixed within a day or so, but it wasn’t patched until Wednesday (day 5). After refilling, which took a day and a half from the garden hose. the pool was green. The pool cleaning company came on Friday to turn on the pump and shock the pool. We were told to wait 8 hours to swim after adding the pool chemical, which was almost 7pm on the last night at the rental. We weren’t offered an alternative rental until day 6 of our 7 day trip, which at that point wasn’t worth it. We were given a portion of our money back, but keeping tabs on the situation throughout the week was a frustration we did not need on vacation.The pool is pretty in the pictures, but it is poorly constructed and is going to continue to have maintenance issues without some major updates. A liner was placed over wooden steps with a metal edge, which is just asking for an other rip. The wooden steps are below ground and are constantly wet, so they are starting to rot and you notice they bow slightly as you step into the pool. The liner is bubbling up in several places as well.The house itself was great for our family stay. The photos and description of the inside were very accurate. The only issues with the house were a very sticky front door and sliding doors to the deck that also stuck and were hard to open. The house is a nice option, but I would not count on being able to use the pool.

We found the property to be well kept with a few minor cosmetic issues. I received an email today indicating there was a cracked lamp and we were charged 147 for a replacement lamp. There was a crack on the backside of a table lamp. I am certain we did not break this lamp but I was still charged. If our family broke this lamp I would not have a problem replacing it but that is not the case.

Refreshing retreat!

This house provided us exactly what we needed for our family retreat. It is convenient to Hilton Head's many things to do, but it felt like you were in a remote location when you at the house. It is very quiet with many amenities. The pool was refreshing and an oasis. The views in the background were also outstanding. I would recommend this house for anybody looking to get away to Hilton Head!

The pool was clean and the back deck is very relaxing with a great view. We have already booked our stay for next year. Only issue we had was the living room TV had a large green line in the middle of the screen on all inputs and probably needs to be replaced. This was not a big deal for us and easily fixed.

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house very accurately was portrayed in the pictures and was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately it rained six of the seven days that we stayed (torrential down pours and severe storms), so we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of times. There was an issue because of the sheer volume of rain that we had, which we promptly addressed with the property management company and they came out on two occasions. (Roof seemed to have a couple of spots showing that the rain may have effected the ceilings in two areas- with as attentive as the property management company was, i’m sure they passed this on to the homeowners). Beautiful house located in a secure beautiful community!

Relaxing vacation

Reviewer Comments: Home clean , good condition and beautifulgas grill needed filled so we had to fill it up but management said we would get reimbursed so that was nice. Needed a new pool net to clean pool since one there was ripped and they brought us out a new one. toilet in master bathroom the bulb didn't always fill up but we didn't let us ruin our week. Loved renting bikes, and going out in the lagoon in our kayak and fishing. Pool wonderful but it gets so buggy at night can't sit out or swim will be eaten alive. Twin bed too soft for my son but other family loved queen and king bed. Definetly would rent again

Return visit likely

Palmetto Dunes has always been our favorite area of HHI, but this was our first time at this house. The location was terrific! Very quiet, and only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. That are of the beach was not crowded at all. House had everything we could want. Pool is really big, and the fact it is situated in the afternoon sun was a huge plus for us and our daily schedule. Negative points: 1. Pool clearly has a leak. In spite of rain two days, we were still having to fill with water on a daily basis to keep the water level high enough so that the filter system would work. 2. Mattresses are awful! All need to be replaced, and we ended up fighting to see who could sleep on the couch instead. 3. Hose location and landscaping need work - coming back from the beach with sand on us, the hose is on the side of the house. With no path, you end up walking in the dirt to turn it on and off, which gets you dirty again any way.

Highly recommend

The house and surrounding areas were extremely clean. Check in and check out was easy. The house looked even better than pictured. They have a shuttle that’s exceptional to get you to places. Highly recommend.

Nice house. Needs a few things.

House has had some updates and is very spacious. The pool is large and a big property perk , we enjoyed it. The ac went out during our stay, It was fixed the next evening and we were compensated appropriately. I’m only giving 4 stars for a 2 reasons One, The kitchen is not well stocked. A few pans and pots, One spatula, no cork screw, garbage can lid doesn’t work and you have to constantly touch it to open and close the lid , the fridge needs turned down a degree or 2. (It wouldn’t allow us to do this) Our food and drinks were never cold enough. Second, The beds are absolutely terrible. Cheap innerspring hard mattresses throughout, and cheap scratchy sheets with old pillows. Things to bring that I find are usually stocked in most Vrbo places I’ve stayed. Salt, pepper, any spice you may need, beach toys, garbage bags, bath towels, pasta ladle, cork screw (There is one now, I bought one and left it for the next guests....no wine access is terrible😜), beach chairs (We left 2) , crock pot. We were supplied with toilet paper but only about 1/4 roll of paper towels to start. It’s truly very under stocked all around
