About this property

Waterfront View Perfect for Fun Loving Families!

There are not many places like this home that are less then a 10 minute walk to the beach that have a pool, and is situated on a lake. We have games and activities for all the ages and everything you need to make this a memorable vacation. We will provide coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and more. We have a sun room overlooking the pool with a wet bar. This home has a primary suite with a king bed, another bedroom with two queen beds and one with a queen bed and a trundle. This home has a total of five TV's with a 75' tv in the living room and 50' TV in the master suite. Our kitchen has commercial grade appliances.

2024 upgrades include the primary bathroom remodeled and the entire interior of the house was painted.

We just added a pool heater and a pool cooler for those hot summer days.

We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please place a load of towels in the washer! All linens that were used should be placed in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We only rent from Saturday to Saturday. The only other charge is a weekly charge of $25.00 per vehicle to enter Palmetto Dunes

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head has all the luxuries of a tourist town without the neon lights & over-crowded beaches. We started vacationing here 20 years ago and fell in love with the small-town feel; we ride bikes to the general store and Shelter Cove. Countless restaurants, pubs, and golf courses keep us busy but quiet nights on the porch are just as fun. We can't wait to retire in the beautiful place that keeps us young and suits our laid-back, outdoorsy lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

After owning a condo in Port Royal Village for the past 10 years, 17 Full Sweep was a natural, wonderful upgrade to our Hilton Head vacation property. Large enough to house a few families but still small enough to feel cozy, we love that we can relax in the family room or have game night in the screened in porch. This property allows us to lounge poolside or play many of our outdoor games for all ages. We take pride in our home & can't wait for you to enjoy it!
