Fantastic property. Beautiful beach front setting. Communication with host was seamless. Convenient to multiple North Shore beaches. Property amenities were satisfactory to our family needs (6 total). One thing to be aware of is that the living room is furnished with outdoor/deck furniture (functional, just not comfortable) rather than traditional indoor pieces. The property could benefit from additional bureaus or dressers for clothing storage. Would definitely stay at this property again!

I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, that isn’t in my nature, but I think people should know before booking that the home has mold. We arrived and turned on the ac and proceeded to find an abundance of mold in multiple units. Pictures sent to VRBO’s health and safety unit as well as third party contractors/ac experts confirmed it was indeed unsafe. Anyone educated in mold knows that this isn’t the kind of thing that can just be wiped away and hidden without the proper protocol. It needs to be mitigated and taken care of the right way for the safety of others. After looking at their other property reviews I see another one of their homes had the same problem. I would also note they do not have an actual pack n play, it was a bassinet and that would have put us in a real bind had we have not left because of the mold.

Loved it. The view is incredible. We love the north shore and can’t wait to be back. House was as advertised. Property manager was great, had a problem with the tv when we arrived and she was there the next day taking care of it.

Perfect North Shore house for family

The best view you could ever ask for. Spacious, comfortable, in a good spot near great beaches. Couldn’t be happier with our time on the north shore and would suggest a house up here over a hotel down south any day!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a perfect Family vacation. Houses were perfect, weather was perfect, and the family all had great time.
