This renovated two bedroom unit has everything going for it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and king bed along with a separate entrance and separate lanai. We have a flat screen television in each bedroom along with one in the living room. The fully equiped kitchen is complete with newer appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit along with two air conditioners. Walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants or simply enjoy the fabulous view from the lanais.

We love the location of the Maui Banyan and this unit has the best view in the complex. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars is a great plus. Having a great beach right across the street with washrooms and lifeguards is perfect.
What makes this Condo unique
The view from our lanai offers guests not only year round sunsets but also great ocean views. A great place to watch for whales in the winter. Having two suites both with King beds, separate entrances, bathrooms and lanais means more privacy for couples while sharing the unit. We have a full size washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests.

This unit was fabulous! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. The beach chairs and umbrellas were used everyday. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beach access was a short walk away. Fabulous views from the deck were enjoyed for breakfasts and beers in the afternoons and to watch the sunsets. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

Nicest unit we have stayed at the Maui Banyon. Well stocked with shampoo, soap, paper towels, etc. Awesome ocean view from the lanai.
The best view in the complex
My wife and I, along with our friends from Illinois, were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. The beach just across the street was great and we watched three whales swim north within 100 yards of the shore. We would definitely return to this condo again if and when it is available.

Great accommodations for two couples. Room for privacy and great shared space. Great location for all Maui activities.

I really enjoyed my stay at g502. it is very nicely updated, clean, and has everything you need. great view and balcony and surprisingly quiet so close to the road and driveway. would stay again.

The Maui Banyan is located in South Kihei directly across from the Kamaole beaches. Kihei is on the southwest warm dry side of the island.
