This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Awesome Stay in Maui, Hawaii!!

My family and I stayed at this Kihei 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We had an amazing time! This property is located literally minutes away from the beach. It was so clean, and wonderfully stocked with useful things such as towels, cards, board games, etc I highly recommend this place.

Great location, fantastic amenities, well stocked condo!!

Literally 2 min walk to the beach, super well stocked with everything you could need for a home away from home including most beach accessories -- cooler, umbrella, beach chairs. The condo is very spacious.The beds were slightly uncomfortable but not too bad. The property managers were very responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a Great time

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this particular unit. We’ve stayed at this resort before, which is why we returned. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything conveniently placed. The place was clean and welcoming. The view from the main lanai really displayed the beauty of the landscaping. We will definitely return to Maui and try to book this unit again.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious and clean with two large balconies. One lanai was big enough to have family dinner every night. Really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/spices/etc. The resort was immaculate with beautiful landscaping and a large pool for the kids to splash around in. Right across the street from some of the best beaches in Kihei. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation

When we got to the Condo the lights were all on in preparation for our arrival. The condo was above our exception with respect to layout, cleanliness, location and supplies. When you are paying in US dollars and taking a hit on the exchange rate, to have an exceptional condo was very much appreciated. We had an issue with the fridge and washer. PMI was on it and issues were repaired by end of day. We will definitely stay in this condo again and definitely use PMI in our future Maui vacation needs.

Family Beach Week

This is a great condo…nicely furnished, very clean and if you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms are spacious and the patio is great for just relaxing in the breeze, or having a meal. The location is also ideal, just across the street are beaches and a lovely shaded park- good for children…we took a picnic dinner there and watched the sunset. Kamaole Sands has beautiful gardens and outdoor tables and grills . Ideal for families with small children - though there are many food options in town. Kihei is a nice town, pleasant to walk around, and quite relaxed. There’s much to do on Maui, we visited a different beach every day, but we also had a beautiful place to relax. Lots of lawn for children to play, a pool and hot tub…great !

The grounds and view was very enjoyable. The access o the beach and restaurants/food trucks is very easy. I wake up before sunrise to get my coffee, walk until Kalama Park and back, then snorkel to see some Honu. Doesn't get better than that. Check in and check out was real easy. We only had a minor event when the sensor for wetness/dampness under the sink was triggered around 5:00 am. Overall, excellent place to stay and our family would like to come back.

I feel the place could have been cleaned a little better. The floor was a little dusty and the washer seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. This was a last minute trip so I didn’t have many options for rentals and it was a little pricey. I also didn’t see any where mentioned the condo only comes with one parking spot which was a little inconvenient. If I had to stay in Kihei again, I’d consider this place again.

Updated condo with a Aloha feel

Loved loved this place. So clean with all the conveniences of home. Very comfy beds, fresh smelling towels and sheets, kitchen stocked with anything you need to cook full meals if that is what you choose. Everything you would need for days at the beach which literally is across the street and one of the best beaches we visited in Maui. Make sure you read the guest book and sign with a little message. It’s fun and touching to read messages from the guest who have enjoyed a vacation or event here. Also easy check in check out and very responsive for questions and requests. Highly recommend!

This resort is amazing! The grounds are very well kept and the amenities are great. Multiple grilling areas that are kept very clean which we used every night. There’s a wonderful beach right across the street that is great for snorkeling. Beautiful fish and sea turtles. Nine in our family came and we rented two units. Both were great and had everything we needed—beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards. Couldn’t have asked for more! Three little ones ages 2, 4 and 5 and the beach was perfect for them
