Steps from the Coonskin lift (Lift #7) and San Miguel River, the savvy traveler will adore this wonderful, yet moderately priced, vacation residence. The condo is uniquely versatile, steps from everything and perfectly appointed. The condo can accommodate an intimate party of two persons, or a family group up to six. There is a queen in the first bedroom, two twins in the second, which can be converted to a king, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen flows into the dining area and into the living area. All the family can gather in the same space, play the many games the owner has supplied or watch the game on the large flat screen TV!

For those who appreciate the fine amenities, this residence has it all: fine linens, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, stone tile floors with in-floor heat, steam shower, individual ski locker and available heated underground parking. One vehicle per unit is allowed in the first come first serve parking garage. The lovely central common great room with massive gas fireplace is a perfect gathering spot for après-ski, as is the large deck outside. Nice, Quiet Condo Close to Coonskin Lift & Nightlife

This condo was adequately equipped for a guys' week in Telluride. For the skiers, proximity to the Coonskin Lift was key. The walk to bars and restaurants was only bad due to extreme cold, but hey, one can't have it all. I would stay at this property again. Oh, and check-in was a breeze and we had parking in an enclosed garage under the building.

Nice apartment

Very nice apartment, well equiped and decorated.The windows would need a renovation.

Also we were expecting a hot tub but it had been removed before we arrived.

Otherwise it's a good location, we didn't use the car for our 4 days here.

To conclude I would recommend this apartment even though I think it's a bit pricy compared to the prestations it offers.

Underwhelmed

Proximity to downtown was best part of the rental. building and condo were tired. no carpeting on steps leading up to condo - only thing covering the bare wood was stapled carpet padding. hot tub was not clean/operational. condo was supposed to come with window fans to keep air circulating on warmer summer days...ours did not. management office did bring fans our second day in condo. Overall, ok experience but a bit underwhelmed with the condo for the price. But, Telluride was beautiful.

Owner's Response: Hi Michele, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you found some things unacceptable. The HOA is currently in the process of outside stairs renovations. We do not advertise this property with a hot tub since it closed last year. The HOA is considering getting a new one put in for this winter. We are very excited about that! As soon, as we heard about the fan issue, we brought some over. As far as price goes, we feel that we price this particular property fairly, as it is in a renovation stage. Most of the hotels in the area are double the nightly rate. Again, we appreciate your review and will pass this information along to the HOA. Great Location - No Working Hot Tub

We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere within minutes and having a home base with a kitchen! However, if you are going to advertise this has a working hot tub - it should! As we saw from previous reviews the hot tub as been out of order since January 2017 and still has a "permanently out-of-order" sign on it. This is a specific amenity we were looking for when booking our stay and we were really disappointed and felt this was false advertisement.
