À quelques pas de l'ascenseur Coonskin (ascenseur n ° 7) et de la rivière San Miguel, le voyageur avisé adorera cette magnifique résidence de vacances à prix modéré. Le condo est particulièrement polyvalent, à quelques pas de tout et parfaitement aménagé. Le condo peut accueillir une fête intime de deux personnes, ou un groupe familial jusqu'à six personnes. Il y a un lit queen dans la première chambre, deux lits jumeaux dans la seconde, qui peuvent être convertis en lit king, et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine se jette dans la salle à manger et dans le salon. Toute la famille peut se réunir dans le même espace, jouer aux nombreux jeux fournis par le propriétaire ou regarder le jeu sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat!

Pour ceux qui apprécient les commodités raffinées, cette résidence a tout pour plaire: draps fins, cuisine gastronomique avec comptoirs en granit, laveuse / sécheuse, planchers de tuiles en pierre avec chauffage au sol, douche à vapeur, casier à ski individuel et stationnement souterrain chauffé disponible. Un véhicule par unité est autorisé dans le parking du premier arrivé, premier servi. La belle grande salle commune centrale avec foyer au gaz massif est un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour l'après-ski, tout comme la grande terrasse à l'extérieur. La promenade de deux pâtés de maisons dans la partie principale du centre-ville de Telluride est une promenade plate et l'une des plus belles promenades que vous aurez jamais prises! Totally enjoyable experience

We stayed at this lovely property during the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The four of us shared this two bedroom, two bathroom property that was close to the pathway leading to the festival grounds making it very user friendly. It was a beautiful location overlooking a beaver pond with a large beaver swimming around that was thrilling to watch. The location is also close to downtown with a nice parking area. The condo is very comfortable with beautiful art. I loved staying here.

The neighborhood was a bit loud (however it was a festival weekend) and that is no fault of the rental company or owner.

Telluride at Christmas

It was terrifically located and spacious, and included washing machine and dryer, and downstairs ski locker. Our only minor complaint: it wasn't that well fitted out with drinking glasses, mugs/cups, and cutlery/silverware--we kept running out. But fine! And reasonably priced in this expensive ski town.

Great location and size.

Dated finishes and furniture. Kitchen could have been better stocked. Great layout and space, we never felt like we were on top of one another. Walking distance to lift 7 and Clarks, and Wine Mine., and Siam. Washer and dryer are appreciated. Hot tub was not functioning or not maintained while we were there. Overall a good value and location.

A quick call to us could have remedied that. We can usually get anything you need. As far as the hot tub, as so as your party asked us about it, we reached out to the HOA and followed up with a response. Unfortunately, we have no control over the closing or maintenance of HOA amenities. But it is definitely a bummer when those things occur. We hope to be able to host you again in the future. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the location and size of the condo. It was clean, and well appointed. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the windows. They are largely inoperable. I got one to open in the living room, and one in the master. We wanted the fresh mountain air in the condo, and were disappointed with the functionality.

Spacious and convenient

Location: walk distance to the lift 7. A little far from the gondola if you have to walk with your ski boots. Cleanness: good Space: great! Living room/dinner area is great to spend time as a family Only thing I’ll recommend is to upgrade some of the kitchen’s supplies like silverware, glasses, pans, etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the unit very much and will totally recommend it!

Proximity to downtown was best part of the rental. building and condo were tired. no carpeting on steps leading up to condo - only thing covering the bare wood was stapled carpet padding. hot tub was not clean/operational. condo was supposed to come with window fans to keep air circulating on warmer summer days...ours did not. management office did bring fans our second day in condo. Overall, ok experience but a bit underwhelmed with the condo for the price. But, Telluride was beautiful.

Hi Michele, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you found some things unacceptable. The HOA is currently in the process of outside stairs renovations. We do not advertise this property with a hot tub since it closed last year. The HOA is considering getting a new one put in for this winter. We are very excited about that! As soon, as we heard about the fan issue, we brought some over. As far as price goes, we feel that we price this particular property fairly, as it is in a renovation stage. Most of the hotels in the area are double the nightly rate. Again, we appreciate your review and will pass this information along to the HOA. Comfortable & Convenient Lodging

Stayed in February for a snowboarding trip. Sure the unit looks outdated but honestly, it made no difference. All the furniture was very comfortable and all the appliances worked. There were plenty of comfy towels and blankets, and everything was well stocked. The fridge had a water filter. We even received an awesome goody bag upon arrival! Location is ideal and we could easily walk anywhere in town, including the gondola which was only 10 minutes away. Seriously you don't need a car.The only cons: hot tub was available but the water was cold. Unfortunately there were no instructions and the host was unable to assist us so we didn't get to use it. A real bummer after a long day on mountain. Also the upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD! You will hear every word and every step they take. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the unit.Great deal for the location and good for 2 couples or a small family. Would recommend if you can deal with the possibility of some noise. Just google "hot tub use" before you arrive....

Thanks, Natalie! In Telluride dollars, this condo is a good value. Unfortunately, the hot tub is a shared space amenity controlled by the HOA. Feedback like this helps. Also, Telluride's remoteness is both part of its charm and a source of inconvenience. Parts are not right around the corner if you know what I mean! Come back and stay with us again!

Unpleasant

Very disappointed in this unit. Is not near as nice as pictured and way overpriced for what it is. Very surprising it’s rated as high as it is. Just not comfortable or charming at all. Like being in a student apt in the year nineteen eighty-three. Odd musty odor. Unit really needed airing out and freshening up. Were there for r and r and hardly got any bc of the noise on the street and others in units around us. Could hear whole conversations and stomping around. The sheets didn’t seem fresh or clean. Sheets in master had ripped out seems. Appears like this unit is not well maintained. Hard to enjoy a vacation and get good rest when the place you’re staying is not so nice and comfortable. Avoid this unit unless you don’t mind staying in less than ideal accommodations.

Hi Tyler, Well that stinks! The street noise and the neighbors are somethings we can't control, unfortunately. The Boomerang Lodge is located right in the middle of the accommodations district of the town. It can be noisy at times. Great stay!

Overall a really great stay and close to the market to get groceries which was super nice! The hot tub was great and we were able to get in a little earlier which was really nice coming off a long day of travel. The only recommendation would be for more fans to be through out the place, but other than that can’t complain☺️

Great stay in the heart of Telluride

Our condo was clean and cozy and the location could not be better! We had a great day and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows in the master bedroom. Other than that, we loved our stay at the boomerang lodge!

Great Location - Walking Distance to Everything

My family of 5 (two adults; three kids ages 7-11) really enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do including the gondola to Mountain Village. It was clean and very functional. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to supply two rolling, portable AC units if possible. We stayed in the middle of July when temps were warm...even with the windows open, it was warm during the stay. It would eventually cool off at night. This clearly wouldn't be an issue if staying in the winter. In summary, no complaints.

2022 Family ski vacation

The property was well stocked with the kitchen gadgets to make eating in easy. They also had more than enough towels and nice bathrooms. The beds were comfortable after a long day of skiing. It was just over a block from a ski lift and the bus stop to the gondola. The hot tub was close and easy to access. We would definitly recommend this property.

Incredible Getaway!!

A great location, providing walking distance to Chair 7, and downtown Telluride. The radiant floor heating and steam shower added to a perfect vacation accommodation. Erin was there to help with minor challenges (parking a second vehicle in town is almost impossible, but she came through!). We took her suggestion to get awesome ribs in Sawpit to enjoy the Super Bowl after a great day of skiing. You will not be disappointed should you find yourself here in your next vacation!

Clean property with two suites. Parking in Telluride isn't always easy but there was always room here. Location was easy walking distance to downtown.

Great Location in Telluride

Super convenient location, within a 5 minute walk of lift #7 at Telluride. Nice conveniences including underground parking, ski locker, and hot tub. Unit was clean and as described.
