Sleeping arrangements
Two well-appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to four guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, direct access to the lanai, and a TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both rooms include bed linens and storage for your belongings.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai serves as a private outdoor retreat overlooking the golf course. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, it offers a comfortable spot to enjoy fresh air and quiet surroundings.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a dining table available for indoor dining. You can also enjoy meals out on the lanai while taking in the view.

Amenities & convenience
Stay connected with Wifi and make use of the dedicated workspace if needed. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and free parking on premises with space for two vehicles.

Situated within walking distance of the beach, the condo provides easy access to the shoreline along with nearby dining, shops, and local attractions, making it a convenient base for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach.
