RINNOVATO DA MAGGIO 2019! Condominio per le vacanze con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni in The Beachdrifter Oceanfront Condo sullo splendido Oceano Atlantico a Jax Beach. La Beachdrifter Community ha un ascensore; garage sotterraneo e una piscina con vista sull'oceano!

Rilassati ... sopra le onde da questo condominio fronte oceano completamente rinnovato, diretto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La posizione a sud di questo condominio ha un ampio balcone sull'oceano avvolgente con nuove sedie e tavolo orientabili Windward PIÙ una comoda chaise longue per il pisolino pomeridiano.

Situato al 2 ° piano con accesso facilissimo e due posti auto riservati - è possibile (1) prendere l'ascensore dal garage chiuso o (2) salire le scale una volta per il parcheggio proprio fuori dal cancello chiuso a chiave.

Il condominio è decorato e arredato con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Questo è spesso il proprietario di casa lontano da casa, quindi un sacco di "extra" per garantire un luogo piacevole e confortevole per rilassarsi. Renee di JaxBeachRentals, gestisce la proprietà ed è un locale con informazioni su tutto ciò che riguarda Jax Beach e Beachdrifter Condo. Gestirà tutti i dettagli sulla spiaggia.

Il tavolo da pranzo ha spazio per 6 persone con due sedie e due panche.

Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano e due sedie girevoli per guardare l'Oceano Atlantico o guardare il DVR Smart TV HD da 55 pollici e il cavo Xfinity. Le fredde tende solari motorizzate aiutano a mantenere il calore ma non le viste sull'oceano - anche con le ombre abbassate. Guarda le foto! Lascia cadere le tende solari quando esci sulla sabbia e sarà bello e fresco quando torni al condominio.

La cucina ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, inclusa la macchinetta del caffè (flebo e monoporzione); miscelatore; tostapane; piatti, tazze, bicchieri, forchette, coltelli, taglia pizza, cavatappi ... Davvero tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno ed è tutto nuovo!

La camera da letto principale ha un materasso Beautyrest king-size rivestito con topper di lusso. Asciugamani morbidi e biancheria da letto di alta qualità. Più TV da 50 pollici e cavo Xfinity.

La seconda camera ha un materasso Beautyrest queen size con topper di lusso e lenzuola di qualità. Questa seconda camera da letto è direttamente adiacente al secondo bagno (con vasca / doccia). Ha anche un balcone privato con vista sull'oceano!

Lavatrice e asciugatrice a caricamento frontale di dimensioni standard.

WIFI (Xfinity) incluso gratuitamente.

BEU STUFF - quattro teli mare, sedie e un ombrellone.

Potresti aver letto "ANIMALI CONSIDERATI" - deve essere ipoallergenico; piccolo (meno di 20 libbre); e ben educato. Deve essere tenuto lontano da mobili e biancheria da letto. Assolutamente no barker! Adoriamo i nostri vicini. La tassa per animali domestici è di $ 25 a notte. Soggiorni più lunghi da determinare.

La comunità Beachdrifter Oceanfront Condominium ha una bellissima piscina con vista sull'oceano; più una doccia e un bagno vicino alla piscina.

Situato a pochi isolati a nord del molo di Jacksonville; a pochi isolati a est di Salt Life Food Shack e Mellow Mushroom. Goditi un'ottima colazione da DeliComb o Metro Diner. E anche dessert nelle vicinanze ... Dairy Queen o Sweet Frog a soli due isolati di distanza! Altri suggerimenti locali sono pubblicati nel condominio.

Quick Spring Break Stay

Cold but lovely, this unit gets morning sun and afternoon shade. Same for the pool. Beautiful view. The condo's location blocked our wind when windy, which was nice. Charming accessories and window coverings. Great washer and dryer.

Beach condo

The condo was in a perfect location. Beautiful waterfront view everyday. Easy access to the beach. Close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The host was very responsive and the place was well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great Vacation Getaway!!

We have traveled to many beaches along the east coast and this was one of our favorite destinations. This property had everything. It was extremely clean, well-organized, new kitchenware, comfortable furniture and beds, steps to the beach and an amazing view. Our host was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This was a 5-star visit across the board. We are looking forward to coming back!

Quick weekend getaway

We were super impressed with everything about this place! It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Anything you could possibly need was already stocked. They thought of everything! It was right on the beach so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our dogs. The location is centrally located to tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely go back!

Great Stay In Jax Beach

Very clean condo directly on the beach with fantastic views. They unit has everything you need and was one of the best places we have stayed in. Very well laid out and the communication with Renee was fantastic. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.

Recovery after Mayo Clinic Surgery

We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the property. It was extremely clean upon arrival and is decorated beautifully and fully equipped. The view was amazing and location / proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better. The 2 parking spaces also worked very well for us. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but none could have been anticipated or avoided (e.g., freezer stopped working, slider door handle broke). That said, the Property Manager and her team were extremely responsive and so polite. Two recommendations - We had a lot of difficulty with the front door keypad lock, which could have been user error. But, additional instructions would have been very helpful to us. We would have liked a TV in the second bedroom.

Condo with everything you need

This is a Very clean well equipped condo with a perfect location. We stayed 10 days. The beach is right outside! Lots of restaurants near by! Traveled to St. Augustine, Savannah, Amelia Island, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center. We had a wonderful time.

This is a hidden gem! Absolutely gorgeous view of the beach. Condo was very clean and loaded with many extras!!! The decor was beautiful. Renee was quick to respond with questions throughout our visit. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxation

Just being placed directly oceanfront with the sounds of the seagulls and cashing waves would place you in a state of relaxation. The unit was nicely updated with all you would need to relax and play. The beds were very comfortable. You will need to stop for a bag of ice since the refrigerator has no ice maker. The water pressure in the master shower was very low but the other shower flowed well. But these are being nit picky. It was definitely a 5 star stay. I would come back in a heart beat.

Beautiful location!

A well maintained and up to date property that made the entire family (including the dog!) feel at home. The proximity to the beach is ideal enabling you to stay at the beach all day! Being located near several restaurants was also ideal. Communicating with the property manager was also easy, which left no worries for us. Comfort and quality are the two words that come to mind.

You will love the laid-back, pedestrian lifestyle of Jax Beach. Friendly locals and easy living. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. You really don't NEED a car to get around. Uber from the airport to the condo then bike or walk to everything during your stay! Grocery stores deliver too. Simple. Laid-back. Jax Beach.
