Great Stay!

We stayed at the property for 5 days and loved it. There was plenty of room for all the guests and had a great kitchen/living room to watch sports and entertain. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great Stay

We found this stay better than advertised. It is very spacious and everything was in great condition. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this stay and would book it again!

Quiet get away

Had an enjoyable experience with friends at this home. Location was great and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.Plenty of room to spread out with friends and large dinning table to share a big meal after a day on the slopes.

This house was the absolute best - clean & sparkling! Beautiful interior & decor! Well-stocked kitchen! Perfectly sized space for the 10 of us group of church friends here to ski! We loved the spa, grill, and that we could all sit around the dinner table at night! Highly recommend to anyone!!

Family time

This property was perfect close by to everything The house itself was more than enough room to accommodate my family of 12 my only complaint was the slot machine was not working correctly and the faucet to the kitchen sink was loose needs some attention. The Kids enjoyed the video arcade. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful House

This was a wonderful house to stay in Lake Tahoe. Easy access to town and hiking trails. Plenty of space for 7 adults and one 4 year old. There was also jenga and large lego blocks for the little one to play with. The only issue was the dishwasher wasn't working but the property manager was able to get it replaced during our stay. Overall a great experience, would stay here again.

Tahoe Getaway

A great property for our family 70th birthday celebration! We had lots of room. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make great meals. Spacious baths a nice deck, hot tub and BBQ which we all took advantage of. My only suggestion is to maybe mark the last stair as you get the landing outside. It's hard to see the last step before the landing.

Great house for large group

Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 6 kids. We especially appreciated the large and open living area, and the small game room downstairs with the two video game machines was a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was also great to have. The South Tahoe location was good too and there was a nice area with walking trails through the woods at the end of the street. The only major downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work that well later in the week when the temperatures rose to the mid-80s.

Family getaway

Trip turned out better than expected, the pictures do no justice to how beautiful this house really is. The beds could’ve been a bit better reminded me of a hotel stay and the towels I’ve should’ve read more into it about being my own the towel supplied reminded me of the gym towels. Only two complaints really. The kitchen had more what what we needed for cooking and the arcade games gave the kids something to play on during the time we stayed in the home. Snow parks and entertainment was no more than a 20 minute drive at most including sate side were we enjoyed one evening and got a cab ride back with ease. Overall great place to be very open and something I wouldn’t mind going back to!

Perfect retreat!

This was a Sisters trip we have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s we travel every year. The managers were very responsive and accommodating! The home fit our needs perfectly it’s in a great location to enjoy the surroundings of Lake Tahoe. One of my sisters has severe allergies to pets so we were grateful that it was a pet free smoke free environment. ( which is a unique in todays environment)

Good Tahoe Getaway

The house was great: clean and in a great location. Some maintenance was needed: refrigerator needed a filter, dishwasher missing soap cover and left dishes very wet, beds were creaky, and AC whistled. Kitchen was well stocked except there were not enough coffee mugs, forks, or wine glasses if we had been14 adult guests. Positively speaking, the layout of the house was great, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for our family, both inside and on the patio. The video games and hot tub were fun for some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house

Great house, lots of space, 3 full baths was so nice. Nice home finishes. Kitchen stocked pretty well, little light on silverware and dishwasher is a bit beat up, but overall great stay, quiet neighborhood. Couches are not the most comfortable but minor issue. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

Perfect for our group of 8 friends for mountain biking and golf (would have fit 10 fine). Large garage for bikes and gear. Great common area and deck for relaxing, socializing and BBQ. Would definitely rent it again.

Nice property, short drive to Heavenly & Stateline area

We rented the home for a ski trip and worked well for our group of 6 adults. The home is in pretty good shape for being a vacation rental and was pretty well stocked with pots, pans and items needed for cooking. But, for a home of this caliber and the rental rate, at least one roll of paper towels should be provided. Overall, definitely enjoyed the property and the hot tub on the back deck was a must after a day on the slopes!

Beautiful home in Geary good neighborhood

Eleven of us stayed here age ranged from 11 mos to 70 yrs. We were all comfortable and well entertained with TVs in most bedrooms and video game consoles that were a real hit with the grandkids. Unfortunately, the slot machine wasn’t working so the adults couldn’t spend their money! Property was clean beds were comfortable kitchen well appointed with farm sink that the baby was bathed in comfortably. Could use more teaspoons (there were 6) and dish towels (there were 2) Hot tub was a bonus too! The A/C wasn’t working but repair man showed up unexpectedly to fix it so that was great. A neighborhood bear showed up on 3 occasions and the kids were excited and scared, but he was just hungry! Would definitely rent again.

Newer home, great location, great communication!

Home is only a couple years old. Great location, and had a lot of sleeping space for all ages of our family to have some space. Property management company had great communication and answered any questions usually within minutes. Home had some cleaning issues. Similar to other previous reviews, food still stuck to ceiling above kitchen, hair in corners of bathrooms and in tubs. Food on floor in spots in kitchen, etc. That was the only real surprise with a rental of this price to not have it very clean.
