The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the mountains as you arrive, the air crisp and still, with peaks rising around you in every direction. Indoors, warmth spreads from the fireplaces while windows frame the winter landscape, inviting you to slow down after a day outdoors. Evenings end with steam lifting from the hot tub as night falls over Whistler’s alpine setting.



The home offers space to gather and retreat in equal measure. Designed to sleep up to 10 guests, it is arranged across multiple levels with comfortable living areas and private corners to unwind. A media room creates an easy place to settle in with a film, while the billiards room offers a relaxed way to pass the evening. A dedicated workout space provides room to stay active, and indoor fireplaces add a welcoming glow on colder nights. Throughout the home, WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays, whether you are working remotely or settling in for a seasonal escape.



Sleeping arrangements

Bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out for privacy and comfort. The upper level features a primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary bedroom also offers a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite with soaking tub and dual vanity. Another bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by its own ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite, while a nanny room provides a single bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. A guest powder room and an additional lower-level bathroom with steam shower add convenience.



Outdoor living

Winter days often end outdoors, wrapped in fresh mountain air. The private heated outdoor pool and hot tub remain inviting, offering a place to unwind after skiing. A fire pit anchors the outdoor space for snowy evenings, while patios and balconies open to alpine views. A private entrance, garage parking, and an EV charger make arrivals and departures simple.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with space to cook, gather, and linger. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates ten for shared dinners after a day on the mountain. The BBQ grill allows for cooking outdoors when conditions allow, extending meals into the winter air.



Ski access and neighborhood

Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, with ski-in returns bringing you close to the private Kadenwood gondola. The gondola offers direct access to Creekside Village, where dining, shops, and services are just minutes away before you return to the quiet of the chalet.

Well-suited for families and groups of friends, the home balances time on the slopes with evenings spent fireside or soaking under the stars. It is a place to settle into winter rhythms, surrounded by mountain scenery and the comfort of a private alpine retreat.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Beautiful home and location

Great location- easy to ski down to Creekside base or ride the private Gondola down (it operates during the winter 8:30am-8:00pm) after a 4 minute walk (in ski boots) . Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night after skiing. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and also a full service grocery store at Creekside base. The view is breathtaking. Whistler Platinum was very responsive and easy to work with. Appreciated the easy access to the house as we arrived very late. Perfect setup for a ski vacation but would also be lovely in summer.

Gorgeous home in gorgeous setting

The house was amazing and Platinum was very responsive. With bad snow and thus inaccessible runs down to Creekside, the location was not ideal. We had to rely on the Kadenwood gondola, which broke down three times while we were here.

What a place

The photos on the website don't do this magnificent house justice. It's more beautiful than we ever imagined. The views of Alta lake and valley are stunning and viewable from most of the house. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed every feature this place offered including billiards table, media room and the huge soaring spaces. It was incredible. The older kids loved the loft bedroom. The private gondola for the Kadenwood neighborhood is amazing as well. While we stayed in summer, the ski access is also impressive. Also, Whistler Platinum is the very best property management company ever. They are so polite and prompt with help. I strongly recommend this house.

Very nice property. Pictures online are good, property is more impressive in person. All rooms are spacious. We traditionally stay in Whistler Village but decided to try Creekside on this trip. The private Gondola is quite convenient for skiing and property is a very short walk to lift. A rental car is a must as road up to property is winding and we drove into village each night for dinner (about ten minutes). We enjoyed the space as we had six in our party using four bedrooms. Excellent experience and would stay again! My only suggestion would be to leave better instructions for technology in the house. If you know control4 it is no problem, but if not, the lights and media can be confusing.

Wonderful Place

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this property with the pool and amenities it offered. It's actually nicer than the pictures capture. The property is incredibly close to the private chairlift to Creekside, which made getting to the base of hill or Creekside shopping very easy. Great customer service from Whistler Platinum, although we had no issues whatsoever.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic time at this amazing property. It would take me a very long time to list all of the wonderful things about it so I'll just say it was deserving of 5 stars in every single aspect. If we were ever to go back to Whistler this would be the house we'd choose.

What an unforgettable stay in Whistler

When we make a family trip we want to make it enjoyable for all. In this home you can relax at the pool/steam or hot tub while other members watch movies or documentaries in the theatre. There is sufficient space for the adults to work from home and work out after in its own fitness studio ! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious ,clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area is the domain of the family mornings and delicious foods, drinks , laughter all evenings . Combined with the real fireplace and view make this a dream home. Thank you WP for always making sure that all is working , clean and ready with our requirements in perfection thus making our important family outing most enjoyable !

Above and beyond

Whistler Platinum exceeded our expectations - first of all 2951 Kadenwood was perfect for our large family - incredible space and layout was great - after a day of skiing, the pool, hot tub and steam room was exactly what was needed, and the views breathtaking. Access to both the private gondola, a short 5 minute walk or a 30 second drive to the private parking lot or driving to Whistler village made access to skiing extremely easy. But the team at Whistler Platinum were always there with immediate help or responses - nothing was an issue to them - and a big thank you for that. We have now found our new home when returning.

Best place we’ve found

We have a large family. This property provided everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool, movie room and open concept layout was great. The access to the private gondola cut lineups for skiing. Absolutely will be returning!
