The Space:
Snow settles quietly over the peaks as you return from the slopes, stepping inside to warmth and soft light. Steam rises from the private hot tub on the deck while the mountains fade into evening. Fireside conversations linger in the vaulted lounge, and the calm of the Northern Lights neighborhood feels worlds away - yet the village is just minutes below.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed to host up to 10 guests, this four-level townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 6 baths, creating space and privacy for families and friends. The upper-level primary bedroom overlooks the main living area and features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms each include a king bed and ensuite. Another bedroom offers twin beds and access to a private deck. The fifth bedroom is well suited for shared stays, with two tri-bunk beds - each double plus twin. Bathrooms throughout the home include a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Living spaces
Expansive windows frame mountain views in the vaulted lounge, where a gas fireplace anchors cozy winter evenings. A separate media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos sound system provides a comfortable setting for movie nights or quiet downtime. Heating, portable fans, washer and dryer - in unit, and essentials create a comfortable environment for extended stays. A dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair makes it easy to settle in for remote work, and a safe offers secure storage.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Fisher Paykel appliances, a gas cooktop, wine fridge, and generous counter space for preparing meals after a day on the mountain. A dining table seats 10, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar - ideal for shared dinners and relaxed mornings before heading out.
Outdoor living
A large deck extends into crisp alpine air, complete with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub overlooking the surrounding peaks and valley. The single-car garage includes boot warmers, and free parking garage on premises is complemented by additional driveway parking. A mudroom and private entrance help keep winter gear organized and transitions seamless.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access connects to an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs that guests descend to reach the Northern Lights neighborhood. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is typically available late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect home to reconnect with extended family. The house was modern with all the amenities and lots of space for everyone to spend time together.
The house is beautiful and well equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the Village. I would definetly stay there again.

Perfect Stay
Amazing Townhouse! Close to the village center. Also, amazing service from Whistler Platinum! See you next year.
This is a perfect property for a large group of friends or families. The location is superb. You'll need a car to get to the ski slopes, it's a three minutes drive to the Westin parking lot. This makes it just separate enough to be in a very private area in Whistler yet very close to the slopes. All and all a high-end property with all you need for a great stay.

Big layout, minimal home fell (definitely an airbnb type please) - no games, minimal art on the wall, hardly any rugs, etc. - felt kind of cold (not homey).
The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and the kitchen had the supplies needed to cook. But..... there were no board games, hardly any pictures on the walls and the please felt pretty hollow (not like home). Definitely not a place that someone lives in or frequents often. No rug in the living room (the living room is kind of floating in the middle of the room). It just needs a bit more to make it feel comfortable and home like.
It was so awesome I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This is definitely a hidden gem of northern lights
It located at the end of the road! We got the most private untouched soft snow for the kids to play! Great for family to have a relaxing vacation! $10 taxi took my family the heart of whistler while I spent my day on the slopes for funs! There are many many more you have to experience yourself! Thank you 🙏 Whistler platinum! We will certainly come back again soon!

Great Stay!
I recently had a great stay here with 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had plenty of kitchen & bathroom essentials for us to use during the stay. The hot tub was clean and lovely to use. Very comfortable beds! Each family had their own floor, which provided privacy and ease with napping the little ones. The only thing to note is the fire alarm is easy to set off when cooking and not easy to reset without help from their customer service team.
All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future :)
