The Space:
Snow settles quietly beyond floor-to-ceiling windows as you unwind indoors after a day on the mountain. The warmth of the wood-burning fireplace fills the living room while the alpine landscape stretches into the winter evening. Step outside for a soothing soak in the private hot tub, then return to the comfort of spacious gathering areas made for slow, cozy nights together.
Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with thoughtful privacy throughout. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed with chaise lounge and a full ensuite, while the fourth bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience, and a fifth bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room for restorative downtime.
Outdoor living
Patios and decks invite you into the alpine setting year-round. Unwind in the private hot tub, gather by the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy time outside with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. A private entrance ensures ease and privacy as you come and go between mountain adventures and quiet evenings at home.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped for shared meals and relaxed cooking, with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, and a granite breakfast bar that seats five. The dining table for ten creates a natural place to linger over dinner, coffee, or conversation long after the day’s activities are done.
Entertainment and relaxation
Multiple indoor spaces offer room to spread out and settle in. The formal living area is anchored by expansive windows and the indoor fireplace, while a family room with TV provides a comfortable retreat for movie nights. A media room includes a pool table and direct access to the hot tub, and the Control 4 home automation system keeps entertainment easily within reach.
Ski access and neighborhood
Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to the slopes without driving or paid transportation, with seasonal ski-in/ski-out availability. The home sits minutes from ski trails and the private Kadenwood gondola, offering a direct ride to Creekside Village for shops, restaurants, grocery options, and additional slope access.
Additional amenities
Guests have access to free washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, a dedicated workspace with desk, free parking garage on premises, and self check-in via smart lock. Safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher. The home is pet-friendly, and long term stays allowed add flexibility for extended visits.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Amazing Kadenwood property, delightful stay
I had stayed at this home before and loved it then… overall great property, terrific ski in/out Kadenwood location and extremely clean and well maintained home. Only opportunity I see for this high end rental is stocking a few more things in kitchen (coffee, oil and vinegar, a few seasonings

The perfect holiday home
We hosted our annual family holiday here. Having a bedroom on the main floor was good for my elderly father. The gondola to creek side is a bonus and lift passes, bike rentals and live music at Dusty’s is at the bottom along with a market to get forgotten items avoiding driving.
So much room for us all to spread out. Enjoyed relaxing soak in the tub and movie nights in the media room.
Kitchen was the hub and well stocked.
Appreciated being able to bring the family dog.

Exceptional Stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet
Our stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet was absolutely fantastic! The chalet is a beautifully designed, spacious three-story retreat with stunning views that took our breath away. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered—the space was immaculate, clean, and perfectly tidy.
The open layout of the chalet made it ideal for our group, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was the private hot tub, where my friends spent hours unwinding and soaking in the serene mountain surroundings. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.
Overall, our time at the Kadenwood Chalet was wonderful. The combination of luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and impeccable cleanliness made it an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return for another incredible stay!
