The scent of pine lingers in the crisp air outside, where evergreens frame your view of Whistler’s serene winter landscape. From your private hot tub, steam rises into the cold evening as you unwind beneath a blanket of stars, ready for another day of alpine adventure. Here, cozy nights and mountain mornings flow seamlessly into one another, creating a rhythm that feels both invigorating and restful.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, this home offers space designed for comfort and privacy for up to eight guests. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed with a chaise lounge and its own ensuite, while a fourth bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. For added convenience, there is a guest powder room and a fifth bathroom on the lower level complete with a steam room - perfect for relaxing after a cold day on the mountain.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh alpine air on the patios and decks. You can sink into the private hot tub as snowflakes fall softly around you or gather by the outdoor fireplace for quiet evening moments. Ski access and neighborhood
This home offers seasonal ski-in/ski-out access and close proximity to the private Kadenwood gondola. You can reach ski-out trails with a short walk on an intermediate path or take a 3-minute walk to the gondola for a quick ride to Creekside Village. Return routes include Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, each bringing you back within a short walk of your front door.
Additional amenities
A double-car garage and driveway parking provide easy access throughout your stay, while in-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace offer convenience and comfort. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
