Evenings stretch out slowly here - a game around the pool table, a film in the media room, and the kind of stillness that makes Whistler feel wonderfully far away.

Vaulted ceilings, stone finishes, and warm wood accents shape the main gathering areas, giving everyone room to spread out and reconnect. From the deck, forest frames your view and Nita Lake sits beyond, catching what light the winter sky offers. A private entrance and free parking garage on premises keep arrivals and departures simple, whether you are heading out early for fresh tracks or returning late from the village.

The home is designed to host up to 10 guests with comfort and privacy in mind, pairing five bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms so mornings stay easy and downtime feels truly restorative.

The patio or balcony offers outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill is ready when you want to keep things simple after a full day in the cold. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking and shared meals, with a breakfast bar - 5 seats - and a dining table for gathering in from the snow. Whether you are brewing coffee before first chair or winding down with dinner at home, everything is arranged to keep the rhythm of a group stay smooth.
Entertainment and relaxation
After skiing or exploring, settle into the media room, cue up a favorite show on the TV, or challenge your group to a few rounds at the pool table. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed, while the indoor fireplace brings everyone back together when you want the night to slow down.

Heating, an AC - split type ductless system, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable across changing mountain conditions. You will also have a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit, along with long term stays allowed for 28 days or more. Bathroom essentials are provided, and home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Set within a Ski-in/Ski-out neighborhood, you can access ski lifts without driving or taking paid transportation, with the added advantage of a private gondola leading down to Creekside Village.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is permitted from 7 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience some construction noise, and scaffolding and a crane from the nearby development may be visible.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
