The House was in great location for the places we planned on going. The house was clean. The house is a little out dated,master bedroom, and bathroom extremely hot if you kept the bedroom door closed. Master bath no Ac so was uncomfortable getting ready. Ceiling fans old and noisy when put on high speed. Guess shower drains very slow. Also we felt the renter watches guess from front door camera which feels a little creepy. I was text by the renter questioning the number of guess stayng at the rental when they seen quest showing up to visit on the camera that lived in the area. Also the house was over priced and too many extra fees for an older home. I would not rent from this renter again when I stay in this area next trip.

The cameras are located outside the home and do not monitor any interior spaces. Our pricing, mandatory fees, and amenities are clearly outlined in the listing prior to booking and show in the quote when booked correctly by adding pets, all guests who will be staying in the home including children and infants so guests can make an informed decision before reserving. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide a comfortable experience for future guests.

Perfect spot

We came to Tampa for the Valspar golf championship and the house we stayed in was great. Clean, close to the venue and perfect for our size group would stay there again.

??appropriate for long term stay??

Great neighborhood, nice new appliances, TVs in every room, and speedy response from host. Unfortunate the air and water quality was sub par (mildew/mold in AC units and water filter not changed before long term rental). House Response from home maintenance was disappointing - indicating our concerns were to be expected and we could fix ourselves. Regular lawn service not seen. Unilikely building could handle 8 guests for more than a few days, sink drainage and toilet flushing was marginal. Welcome booklet needs updating. Comparing to other properties in area the price was too high.

Month long stay

Needed a place in Palm Harbor near our kids home and to visit our new grandson. Location was excellent and price was much better than other homes in the area. Plenty of space for four adults with additional rooms for other family visitors as well. Decor is dated and a bit different, but space was plentiful. We cleaned all faucets and shower heads because we noticed mold and replaced an air filter during our stay. Towels could use replacements, dishes, utensils a bit worn and old as well. Excellent washer and dryers (multiple), and again, the space itself was plenty big enough for all of us. Communication with manager got off to a bit of a rocky start (misunderstanding), but improved quickly and Tammy was responsive with all our concerns and accommodating to extra family visitors on and off throughout the month. Location was excellent to downtown Palm Harbor (1/2 mile) and easy access to plenty around us. Overall an enjoyable stay in a nice sized home, in need of a bit of updating, but at a very reasonable price. Would have no issues using again.

Christmas vacation

The house was clean but had a mildew odor we bought some air freshener and that took care of the odor. The fabric on the canopy in the backyard needs to replaced. Whoever stayed there before us did not clean up after there dog. I can see missing 1 or 2 droppings but there was a lot of droppings I had to clean up. I cleaned up after my dog. If I missed any I apologize. I cleaned up every day. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend staying there.

Good central location

Property was a little dated and could use some monitor upgrades, but overall if you’re looking for a central location and need up to 4 BRs this property will definitely fit your needs. The 2 1/2 BRs were great to have as we were up to 8 people at one point. Tammy was swift to return calls & we enjoyed our time there.

Nicely updated home in a quiet, peaceable neighborhood. Easy access to many activities. Backyard needs a little attention, but sufficient for our needs. Would stay there again.
