A little bit tight w queen sofa and queen Murphy bed out, but overall a great experience. Truly only 50 yards to ski in/out (might be less if snow packed. Fantastic amenities, pool, spas, and game rooms! Garage, elevator and carts were easy to get gear up. Only one block from Main St, so many great shops and restaurants easily in reach. Would definitely rent again;)
We have stayed here multiple times and every time it has been great. There is room and provisions for all your ski gear which is really nice. It's also nice to take the elevator down and walk maybe 50 yards to the chair lift at Peak 9. There's plenty of hot water and water pressure, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied with whatever you need and a working wood fireplace is an added perk. The place is also a very short walk to Main Street where there's plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. Check in is easy and Wendy is always quick to respond with any questions. We highly recommend these accommodations!
Amazing location and space. It was just a few steps to the chair lift, and off we were to the slopes. The unit was wonderful. Although it was only two of us in the unit, it is large enough with enough bed spaces to accommodate more guests quite comfortably. We would highly recommend this and plan to return during our next ski adventure to Breck.
The condo was much larger than I expected and both the fold out couch mattress and Murphy bed mattress were so comfortable! We loved the spacious master bedroom and beautiful views. Access to the ski in/ski out area is priceless. Hot tubs have been upgraded since we stayed several years back and now there is plenty of room to relax after a long day of skiing
Very nice, quiet and clean condo in a perfect location for spending a few days in Breckenridge. The pool and hot tub area is newly remodeled and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It's a nice perk to have underground parking with easy access to the condo via the elevator. All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly return for another long weekend.
Location, location, location! That is what I always say about The Village at Breckenridge! This condo was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, remodel is gorgeous and the owner was an absolute joy to work with. We will be back!!!!
Great property footsteps away from lifts, restaurants, and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the building had nice amenities. Hot tubs were great and everyone was very nice.
Wendy was an outstanding host. She communicated very clearly and did all she could to make the stay comfortable. The place was in a great location and comfortable. The 4 stars is just a result of complications with check in due to arriving after front desk hours. Wendy tried to make it as smooth as possible in advance and initiated a three way call with the management company. Despite that, I wasn't able to check in remotely. There is another location for check in off site which was convenient enough to go to, but I had issues with the digital key when I got to the building.

Thank you for your review. I will ask the check in desk to always offer a card key option for late check in's also in case there is an issue with the digital key on the phone.
We are two Colorado natives that loved to bring our young family to Breckenridge on the weekends to ski, bike and hike. Mom loves the shopping to stretch her legs after a day of outdoor activities and we all have our favorite shops and restaurants on Main street. Now that the kids are grown it's great to come up just the two of us or bring our boys and their significant others! We rarely miss the summer art festivals and always take a bike ride on the paved bike path down to Frisco or more challenging mountain bike rides. If you don't downhill ski you can sled, snowshoe or cross country skiing. In the summer don't miss bringing up your jeep to go off-roading, take a creek side hike or bike ride, golf or enjoy one of the many festivals. This is a place we can enjoy all year long.
Why they chose this property
We love rolling out of bed and being on the lift in a matter of minutes. We can come in for lunch and easily warm up for a break here or there during the day. No car is required to enjoy the mountain or the main street.
What makes this property unique
For our remodel we focused on clean lines, unique overhead lighting and high end finishes such as granite countertops and hardwood doors and trim. We wanted to create a living space that complemented the mountain ambiance without the heavy pine and rustic finishes typical of many remodels over the past 10 years.
While the upgrades make our unit a very comfortable place to relax, the location all but ensures you will be spending much of your time outside taking advantage of all Breckenridge has to offer. As long time owners in Breck, we are confident no other residence offers the same convenience to the chairlift and downtown shops and local restaurants. We hope you have a great time during your stay.
