Welcome to my 2 bdrm suite located in the Residential tower of the luxury Everline Resort & Spa ™️ in the heart of Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley California.   A year round mountain wonderland. 🚴 ⛷️ 🎾 🏊‍♀️ 🥾 ⛳️ ♟️ 🌲. I’m Fauna, the owner, and as a premier host I looking forward to making your Tahoe vacation experience unforgettable.
This individually owned and operated 2 bdrm suite is a special, xtra large CORNER END suite, with 9 floor to ceiling windows and is in high demand!  
My 1100 square foot  2 bedroom consists of a 729 square foot deluxe fireplace suite with one private full bathroom, 2 granite top vanity sinks, comfy king bed, resort style kitchen, dining & living area with a queen sofa sleeper, romantic gas fireplace, with an attached 379 square foot 2 queen bedroom, another full bath, work desk and bar area. We are family friendly! A Pak- N-play is supplied in the closet, just bring your child’s blankets. Sorry, we are not pet friendly. The resort restricts guests from bringing pets.

This 2 bedroom suite is located on the 4th floor of the west end of the Residential Tower which has views of the forest, Palisades ski resort and the on site chairlift.

Our individually owned & managed suites are being rented to you directly from the owner and we’re not associated with the rental program from Everline Resort and Spa ™️.
Which means, if you need something, connect with me, Fauna, the owner and host. When renting throughVRBO you save hundreds off the room rate,there are no daily cleans.
I have a housekeeping and maintenance team and can help in assisting in your needs.
You’ll have access to all the amenities listed below ⬇️ by paying the resort fee. These amenities are steps from your suite.

Guests can choose to utilize the valet parking or the self-parking lot.
Current parking rates and resort fees are subject to change at any time and are set by Everline Resort and Spa ™️
- Resort guest overnight valet parking: $65/night. 
- Resort guest overnight self-parking: $35/ night. Hyatt’s pricing may vary.
This suite is just minutes from the North shore of Lake Tahoe. You have access to everything Tahoe.

2 bedroom listing / ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe in winter and an 18-hole championship golf course in summer, to an array of year-round outdoor recreational opportunities, special events, extraordinary dining experiences, you will run out of time before you run out of things to do.

These 2 suites are current with the Resort’s refurbishment program and have been renovated by the Resort. It Features: $40,000 renovated 1 King bed and bath in primary bedroom, 2 queens and full bath, desk and bar area  in the adjoining  2nd bedroom, resort style kitchen * dining area seats up to 6, push button stone surround gas fireplace with wood mantel in the cozy xtra large living room with pull - out Queen sofa & 2 large lounge chairs. 
The primary bath has 2 bathroom sinks in the vanity and a soaker tub /shower combination. 
This suite sleeps up to eight persons comfortably. It is a MAX of 8 guests allowed.
* Resort style KITCHEN!! Prepare meals in the kitchenette which includes everything but an oven and freezer.  
It comes with a built in undercounter refrigerator, 2 burner Wolf range induction stove top, microwave, toaster oven, blender. mini dishwasher, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, drip coffee pot, Keurig machine with pods and cooking basics such as flatware, silverware, pots and pans, wine 🍷 glasses and more. 
Alternatively, treat yourself to one of the fabulous dining options available down the elevators to the resort. Onsite dining choices range from fine dining steakhouse Six Peaks Grille to casual establishments with chilli & pizza like Sandy’s Pub as well as a ☕️ coffee deli with breakfast & lunch sandwiches called the Bearshine Cafe. Bearshine also offers a small grocery store for your shopping convenience. Further dining options are available on the mountain at the Village at Palisades Tahoe. PS. Sandy’s Pub nachos are my favorite. 

Mountain modern furnishings, where cool colors, natural slate and wood, tumbled limestone, granite counter tops, all come together to compliment the view.
