About this property

The neighborhood of Lapa is integrated to the bus and METRO lines allowing easy access to the famous beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon.

and ten (10) minutes walk from the apartment, traditional Cinelândia, where the Municipal Theater, the National Library and the National Museum of Fine Arts are located.

The guest has free access to the common areas of the house and can use the room to watch TV after a day of walking around the city or just rest in the hammock.

Imóvel não estava como na foto era uma realidade muito diferente da realidade. Não tem uma estrutura pra alugar sinto muito. não gostei tive que alugar outro lugar. Porque quando chove fica tipo uma cachoeira dentro do cômodo.
