La experiencia de la exuberante follaje tropical al entrar en este concepto de hogar abierto con puertas corredizas se abren directamente a la hermosa piscina deslizante para permitir la vida al aire libre máxima. Se le hipnotizado por el canal de agua dulce, precioso sonidos de la naturaleza y abundante vegetación. 5 habitaciones abiertas a esta piscina privada. Esta casa tiene techos de volumen, gran cocina bien equipada abierta al gran salón. La cocina está equipada con una despensa, nevera grande con máquina de hielo delante, microondas, lavavajillas y horno. Hay un snack bar con taburetes. La gran sala es enorme y está abierto a la cocina para permitir visitas con clientes como usted se está preparando bocadillos. Hay un nuevo centro de entretenimiento con TV de 50 "y reproductor de DVD. Hay sonido envolvente para su disfrute, así como un estéreo portátil para facilitar la escucha. El sofá, sofá de dos plazas y flojo permiten una cómoda relajante. TV por cable e Internet están incluidos. Wonderful location and fabulous home.

We were delighted to return to this beautiful home. The location is perfect, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our daily walks and found the neighbours to be friendly and welcoming. Carolyn was quick to respond to any queries. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching the local wildlife. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, with every requirement catered for. A veritable home from home and we would happily recommend this villa. We hope to return again next year. Nice property very clean

Little hiccup with the air conditioner going out our first day but Carolyn quickly dealt with the problem. We were amazed by the beauty of the home and surroundings. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 weeks here. The place was everything we hoped for. Large, spacious, nice rooms, nice kitchen. Large TV with plenty of streaming services. Great pool area. The host was great. No issues whatsoever.

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything we needed was there and Carolyn is very helpful. We had a really great holiday and enjoyed our various trips, Kennedy Space Centre, Tarpon Springs, playing golf, going to the beach and relaxing by the pool. Hopefully back next year.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa. It was really lovely. Nicely decorated Having never been to Rotunda before, although we have been coming to the Orlando and the Gulf coast for many years, this was an eye-opener. The area was very clean and quiet! No noisy and fast traffic here.The only thing to wake you up in the morning was the chorus of birdsong. It may be a good idea to let vacationers aware that there are alligators in the canal that surrounds the villas.

GREAT HOME

This was our 2nd time to stay here. The owner is always helpful and will work with you on any issue. We got a chance to arrive a day early and she was completely cooperative. I recommend this property if you are staying in the Boca Grande area.

When we walked in for the first time we said "Wow"

We have stayed at this property twice and will be back again. There are so many positives about this home: comfy indoor and outdoor furniture; a wonderful supply of kitchen items, sheets, and towels; pleasing decor; and very clean. It is a very friendly neighborhood and great for walking. If a light bulb or smoke detector or anything else needs attention, you won't have to make a second phone call to get it done. It will be taken care of right away. The birds are so entertaining. Also, there are so many restaurant, shopping and grocery choices and none being very far. Hours can be spent in the lanai/pool area since it is so relaxing and private. The beach is just a few minutes away. We are very thankful that we found this great spot.

Great house to stay at for visiting my Grandma

The house was clean and well taken care of by the owners. They were super responsive when I was unable to first get into the home. They walked me through the lock box system and made sure I was all set once I got into the home. I would recommend staying here.

This property is loaded throughout with quality, high end furniture, accessories and is well equipped. Renters have said that they have never seen a rental home with everything you could ask for. Simply fantastic!! In addition, I have an on site property manager to take care of any problem that arises.
