2 bedroom (queen/two twin beds) and one bathroom. Full kitchen and large open living area with bay window offering beautiful views of the sound and wildlife. Cottage comes fully stocked with towels/linens provided and beds made up for your arrival. Amenities include WiFi/cable TV, large deck w/furniture, hot/cold outside shower, charcoal grilll, fish cleaning table, and double kayak. Boat slips available upon request. Enjoy!!

Amazing place! Very peaceful and relaxing! My kids loved fishing off of the dock and my husband and I spent hours and hours sitting on the deck with the amazing view!

Had the absolute best time staying at this glorious place! It was the perfect sanctuary to unplug, unwind, and just relax. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making it a cozy, welcoming retreat. My family left feeling completely refreshed. Will absolutely be returning next summer.

We had a great experience at this property. It was very clean, full kitchen, dining area and living room. Located on the second floor of the house, you get full use of brand new wrap around decks. The sunsets are the same as the ones people pay some of the local restaurants to see. It is a very quiet area right on the sound. The pictures do this property no justice. You need to see it in person to appreciate.

Beautiful location on the sound, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable, thanks to Janice N. Appreciated the extra blankets, soft and cozy. The fresh flowers and extra ice already in the freezer was a very nice bonus. Can’t wait to come back.

Great end of summer stay!

We enjoyed our stay at The Landing. Our family enjoyed how comfortable the cottage was, the beautiful sunsets and getting to take our little ones kayaking. We hope to be back soon!

A wonderful little spot for our family to spend a long weekend. Location right on the sound is beautiful. We had one really great sunset. The decks appear to be brand new and were great for hanging out in the evenings. The whole place was in great shape. We're itching to book it again!

He commercial fishes for a living. We both love the water.....my husband surfs and I enjoy paddle boarding! We look forward to your visit!!
