Detta är en 2: a våningen studio med egen balkong med utsikt över stranden och havet. Beläget direkt på stranden, helt ny queen size Murphy säng, som har en minne gel madrass. På plats parkering, WIFI, kabel-TV och telefon service ingår. Liten pool på egendom. Husdjur är inte tillåtna. Rökning ej i enheterna. Köket kommer att ombyggas september 2019. Eric var din tidigare konsekventa Premier Partner för denna hyra.

Denna enhet har direkt utsikt över stranden och är 357 m². Byggnaden har trästeg till stranden direkt framför denna enhet. Eller koppla av vid poolen! Strandstolar, strandhanddukar, strandmattor, och parasoll och baldakin ingår i enheten för din exklusiva användning .. Förutom kabel-tv, Netflix, Prime-kanaler och Pandora finns. Vi avser att behålla eller överträffa de tidigare ägarnas höga krav och ge den bästa uthyrningsupplevelsen möjligt! Förvaltningsbolaget utnyttjas för att lokalt samordna underhållsproblem och städning.

Excellent

This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!

Everything was wonderful! Well stocked with items that you may have forgotten to bring. Great landing spot for shoppers. Close enough yet quiet location.Will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting Ormond Beach. There wasn't anything that the hosts had not thought of as to stocking the condo. Such nice people. Hated to leave. Loved sitting on balcony watching the waves.

A Little Slice of Heaven

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. We have talked about making this at least a yearly (if not more) trip. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Ormond Beach Oceanfront Studio

My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!

The Perfect Getaway

The studio was a perfect getaway for what we were looking for. The owners have stocked the rental with everything one might need .The gift package left in studio was a pleasent personal touch. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee priceless.. We look forward to returning to this little gem on the beach .

Cozy Perfection

Alot packed into this sweet little place on the ocean. Owners provide many amenities and comfort supplies. You can tell they put alot of thought and effort into how to decorate and equip this cool little pad. Big thumbs up.

Excellent in Every Way

This was our second stay at this little gem of a beachfront apartment. We have already booked a third stay. And a fourth. The apartment is beautiful, squeaky clean, and beautifully appointed. The Murphy bed is easy to operate and has a deliciously comfortable mattress. The pretty little kitchen is remarkably easy to maneuver. Jim and Sonya are charming hosts. But most of all, this apartment is about the view, which is absolutely spectacular. Thank you, Jim and Sonya, for sharing your perfect little space.

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our stay at Symphony was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! It is obvious that the owners try very hard to please their guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Running out of superlatives

This was our seventh stay at this adorable little apartment with the magnificent view. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. Because in Florida in January, you never know.

Small Space/Big View

This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place.

Small Studio, Big Surprises

This was our fourth stay at this pretty little space on the beach. Each time, we are surprised and delighted with the additions Jim and Sonya have made since our previous visit. Brand new, comfy loveseat. Dehumidifier that takes up very little space. Aroma therapy capsules for the shower. Barstool chairs on the balcony, high enough that your view of the ocean is not obstructed by the balcony. A good array of high-end spices in the kitchen, and a selection of condiments on the fridge door. A closet shelf with everything you forgot to pack. A basket of treats on the counter when you arrive. An impressive array of coffee options. And Alexa to turn the lights on and off, or to give you the weather report from back home so you can feel smug about your oceanfront retreat. Also, this place is squeaky-clean when we arrive, which is always a delight. Can't wait till our next visit.

Little Gem

Jim and Sonya are new owners, and I think this is their first review. Full Disclosure: We booked this property under the previous owner, and chose it because he had an astonishing number of five-star reviews, all raving about the ocean view. When this owner sold the property and canceled our booking, I kind of panicked. I contacted Jim, who graciously arranged for us to maintain our reservation. I am so glad he did, because everything that everyone said about the view was absolutely true. The view from this little gem of a studio is amazing. And then there’s the apartment itself. When we travel on the Florida coast, we look for the few remaining smaller, hotels. Nestled in among the towering skyscrapers, these quaint, mid-century buildings have a vintage charm. The rooms have been transformed into studio apartments with Murphy beds and tiny kitchens. Unlike in the skyscrapers, we feel closer to the beach. As for the apartment itself, Jim and Sonya have updated the interior and it’s the prettiest studio I have ever seen. Everything is tastefully arranged, there’s plenty of storage space, and the newly-remodeled kitchen is beautiful. The place is stocked with, well, with everything you forgot to pack. You know how you read reviews that end with a statement about how the reviewer is looking forward to returning? Do you ever find yourself wondering if that person ever really went back? We have already booked our next stay.

A favorite beach weekend spot for us!

We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. The hosts are always so sweet and go above and beyond, and you can really feel their passion to make sure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️

Above and Beyond Our Expectations!

This one of the few places that delivers way more than what their listing shows! My husband and I came to visit for my birthday, and when we walked in, we were greeted with decorations, balloons, and a lovely table setting. We wanted for absolutely NOTHING! Jim & Sonya truly care about their guests, and went well above any expectations we had going in! Every single bit of the condo has little extra touches to make it a perfect comfy cozy place to land after playing in the water all day. We even got a text letting us know there was a rocket launch on our last evening there. It's a shame that we can only give 5 stars... they definitely deserve more!!! We will undoubtedly be back. Thank you Jim & Sonya!

Moved to FL six years ago from MA and moved to Tampa area. Worked at Trader Joes in St Pete until retiring in January. Upon retirement we decided to move to Ormond Beach in order to be closer to our two rental properties. We can now devote all our energies into giving our guests the personal service they deserve.

As much as we enjoyed the Gulf, Sonya and I missed the ocean waves of New England. We made many trips to the east coast of FL before we discovered Ormond Beach. We fell in love with the area and discovered Symphony Beach Club, where we eventually purchased two oceanfront units. Our goal now is to share our million-dollar view with our guests!

Unit is located in a quiet peaceful 33 unit building directly on the beach. Out of the 33 units, only 12 are oceanfront. Located on a bus route with easy access to area attractions. Both of our oceanfront units differ from the other studios in the building because we strive to give our guests a 5 star experience every time. We excel at giving our guests outstanding service, paying attention to birthdays and anniversaries they might be celebrating. We clean and inspect both of our units personally to make sure the studios get the attention necessary to impress our guests.
