¡Pasa tus vacaciones en el condominio más grande de la zona! S t. Augustines Villas of Ocean Gate 341 cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, con mucho espacio para toda la familia. Hay 1 cama king, 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales. La cocina está bien equipada y hay un comedor para todos. Esta unidad tiene un paquete de cable actualizado que incluye HBO y el "Paquete deportivo".

Construido en 2004, Villas of Ocean Gate es uno de los complejos m��s nuevos en la isla de Anastasia. Nuestra casa tiene un garaje para dos autos, un porche y un patio con un patio ajardinado. No tiene vista al mar, pero un corto paseo por el complejo y nuestro paseo marítimo privado lo lleva a la playa y la piscina se encuentra al final de nuestro edificio. Las canchas de tenis comunitarias nunca están llenas y hay un jacuzzi cerca.

Hermosa y poco concurrida playa de arena blanca, lujoso condominio de casas adosadas, muchas atracciones locales, restaurantes y tiendas para visitar. Gran entretenimiento local con m��sica, teatros y baile. Hay mucho que hacer para todas las edades para que su estancia sea memorable y agradable. Deportes acuáticos, alquiler de botes, excursiones de pesca, recorridos escénicos, mucho que hacer al aire libre para aquellos que les gusta cazar, pescar o disfrutar del paisaje local.

Ubicado en la tranquila playa de Crescent, Villas of Ocean Gate se encuentra a pocos minutos del distrito histórico de St. Agustín, florida Pase sus días explorando la historia y paseando por la tranquila playa del Océano Atlántico. Very nice and spacious! Very well kept! The landscape was excellent as well as the pool. The beach walk is long w hot sand…. a suggestion to help that is finish building a wooden walkway to the beach. Other than that we had a great time!

Booked for a family vacation with all my kids and grand children. First time in St. Augustine. Lots of stuff to do with the family. Condo is reasonable close to the city and far enough away for quiet evenings.

4 short days of bliss

Property was excellent very clean and located fairy close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quite a ways from the ocean and pool but acceptable walk to both. For the ocean it was much better for us to drive onto the beach each day. Very nice,clean beautiful beach.

Nice Property, but . . .

The property was nice. Our room was close to the pool, but not to the beach! It was within walking distance (8 minute walk and VERY narrow path), but not if you had to carry chairs and coolers. You could park on the beach which was nice. The mattresses need to be updated - they are NOT comfortable at all! Other than that, it was very nice and spacious. It is a little outdated, but that was not an issue for us.

Beautifully furnished and well-maintained villa in a great location

The villa was very clean and well-maintained. Less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Matthew, the only noticeable damage was a hanging roof tile...and it was fixed during our stay. The villa was located close enough to St Augustine to make visits easily accomplished. Good restaurants were even close and the beach was reached with a short walk. The villa held 7 guests comfortably. I would recommend it for anyone.

Coronavirus week

Left after five of the eight days on beach, eating take out and avoiding humans. The time there was good but Florida news was worsening so we left early to avoid getting quarantined.

Great house! Plenty of room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The kids had an area to play (the sunroom off the living room),the couches were large and so comfy, the layout was ideal for two families, and the kitchen had literally every item you could need! The beach was slightly farther than we anticipated but it wasn't too bad. The pool being so close definitely made up for that! We have already been talking about our next stay here.

2024 Beach family vacation

The dwelling was very nice. But we thought we were staying in a house that's how it was listed biggest house on the beach. Didn't realize That it was in a Condominion Property. There was quite distance walk to the beach. We would have liked to have seen a place to do.Cookouts on grill. There were grills around , but they were on the hibiscus property we were asking

This place was well supplied with items needed. They need to replace the mattresses, hard as rocks and the king size bed has impressions. The next door neighbor had a dog that barked 5:20 in the morning and sometimes till 11:00pm. When they left the house, that dog would bark for an hour straight. The balcony upstairs needs a good cleaning, it was nasty to enjoy.

Perfect Florida vacation!

So our family and a group of friends decided to head to St Augustine for vacation. We found this place. It was reasonable and roomy so we booked it. It was perfect! There were 10 of us total. We had plenty of room for all of us. The home was very clean and very well supplied. Especially the kitchen. I can't speak for all the beds, but the king size bed was super comfy. The only thing that didn't read online as it really is... The one bedroom with the daybed is actually a small room off the living room. We made it work but it just wasn't quite what we were expecting. The pool is located right at the end of the building, so very close. The walk to the beach isn't too bad either. The property is very quiet. Overall, great vacation experience!

Bring your walking shoes, wagons, and coolers.

The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed. The refridgerator needed a restart and the lightbulb inside of it almost started a fire. It was also not the cleanest place and we had 5 roaches join us on our vacation one at a time in the living room. The property is in one of seven separate communities all strung together with this one being furthest from the beach. There was a nice walkway (about 4 blocks) to the private beach entrance. It had 4 or 5 swinging gates that you had to open like a pool's child safety gate and maneuver everyone and their stuff through. The community pool was close to the home and had nice bathrooms and plenty of seating with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was nice to make a pit stop there and hang out before we went in from the day at the beach. The neighborhood was close to everything we wanted to do and needed. Within 8 minutes of the pier and all of the restaurants and hangouts in and around St. Augustine beach. We had a lot of fun, and the house had plenty of room, but I was expecting just a cleaner space and not such a hike to the beach.

Thank you for your review. Sorry you had any issues with the housekeeping. We would have gladly sent the housekeeper back to correct any issue. The townhouse has pest control service and is treated regularly. The beach access is not 4 blocks away as the entire island at this location is not 4 blocks wide. We are glad you enjoyed the great location, the pool and neighborhood.

Underwhelmed

Unfortunately the listing description does not match what is actually there. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom. It is actually a 3 bedroom and a sunroom which they put a trundle bed in. They advertise TV’s in all rooms. That is not the case. No tv at all in the sunroom that they claim as a 4th bedroom. Only one room had a working tv. This unit is very outdated and could use a good update and deep clean. The master shower has mold in it. The back patio and garage were very unorganized with garbage in them. The kitchen trash can was broken causing us to use our hands to open and close it. This unit is not the end unit as it looks in the picture over looking the pool. The manager was quick to respond and did come fix the broken shower head. However we never got a new trash can or working TV’s. For what we paid to stay here, we were extremely dissatisfied. We had to completely adjust sleeping arrangements. I wish there were some recourse. We had to make the best of it but will not stay here again.

Thank you for your review. The property is accurately advertised as one of the largest townhomes offered on the beach. Many guests enjoy their stays at this property as well as many repeat guests that return every summer. We apologize that you felt otherwise. However, we accommodated all of your requests, including replacing the kitchen trash can that had a broken foot pedal.

Excellent Property for the Beach

This was one of our most enjoyable stays at a vacation home. The property is very large and felt like home. The space gave everyone an area to decompress after a great day in Saint Augustine or by the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach area and the nearby public access allowed us to park the truck on the beach with all of our equipment while enabling the others in our party to come and go from the property. We will definitely be back again.
