LOVELY STUDIO WITH POOLS AT SALTILLO ALTO TORREMOLINOS

The studio (30m2) has been recently renovated with very good qualities. It has every comfort:
The kitchen is fully equipped with freezer, hob refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer dryer, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, American blender, iron and ironing board ... as well as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
It has a comfortable sofa bed with viscoelastic mattress pad and pillows visco elastic also. Linens and towels included.
Air conditioning and free private WIFI.
46 LED TV with over 1000 channels of satellite TV (private) in all languages.
The terrace has garden furniture (double sofa and two chairs and coffee table, and folding high to eat with two folding chairs).
The studio is south facing so it is very sunny, has wonderful views to the pool and see the sea bottom.

It is located in an enclosed area that has video surveillance, two fantastic swimming pools open al the year, gardens and tennis court. There is also a bar within the development.

It is located in a quiet area. The neighbors are mostly people who come on holiday in the summer, and almost half are foreigners (British, French, Dutch and German ...)

Bus and taxi stop right at the door. Suburban train 5 minutes walk (stop "El Pinillo").

Recommended for couples, middle-aged people. TWO PEOPLE

Very frequented by tourists, with bars and restaurants on the same street. Near the beach and Puerto Marina (Benalmadena)

Torremolinos

Fran was very responsive and a perfect host!On arriving outside the apartment building I knew I had arrived at a special place. On entering the apartment I was not disappointed. The apartment is amazing. The bathroom is fitted out to a high standard and has lots of towels. The kitchen has everything imaginable including a washing machine and 2 ways to make coffee . I used the Spanish percolator on the stove. There was coffee and cold drinks already there which was very convenient on arrival. (I left a supply for the next person). The living/sleeping area is very comfortable with among other things a large TV. The balcony is where I spent most of my time, It has stunning views over the town and out to the Mediterranean.Altogether a fantastic place 10 out of 10 all the Stars. I will be back.

Das Appartement liegt sehr günstig zu Malaga und seinem Flughafen (bequem per S-Bahn zu erreichen). Torremolinos und Benalmadena besitzen über einen schönen großen Strand und auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Vermieter Frank ist sehr bemüht und steht bei Fragen immer per Handy oder Mail zur Verfügung. Das Appartement ist sauber und gepflegt und es mangelt an nichts. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte, der Strand, der Hafen, die S-Bahn-Station, Parks und die Gondel zum Hausberg zu erreichen.

Gute Schlafcouch, komplett ausgestattetes Küchenteil, Balkon mit Möbeln, Pool-u. Meerblick. Nach Torremolinos -Centrum, Benalmadena zu Fuß ( o. Bus), Fuengirola o. Lovely flat, well appointed and sympathic owner

A lovely flat for two, very clean and very well appointed (in kitchen and bathroom). No bad surprises here! A lovely balcony too, to take lunches, aperitif or just look at the two little swimming pools of the residence. Near, there is a practicable spanish little supermarket.This flat is not far of the highway to Malaga and Marbella (10' by car), not far for the train station. At 15' by feet of the beaches of Torremolinos and Benalmadena. A really good flat for those who want to enjoy the sea/beach or want to discover Andalucia, in a complete independance and a little bit removed of the tourists!

Could not have asked for more

Excellent studio - very clean and modern with everything you need. Nice peaceful garden and pool area Owner was great in answering all our questions and was there to meet us on arrival. Let us stay on as we had a late flight home. Would not hesitate to stop here again if in the area and would recommend to family and friends.

It's frustrating to host such ungrateful people like yourselves. Despite being attentive to your stay and responding immediately to any questions or problems, you now bother to write a 3-star review. I'd like to take this opportunity to say that it was very impertinent of you to write at 9 a.m. several times in a row asking about the hairdryer and threatening to buy one, when in fact you hadn't bothered to look where it was stored. And even after I responded to you about this, you continued to text like crazy, just like when you blocked the stove and said it wasn't working. Such ungrateful people are not welcome.
