Villa Seascape recientemente renovada, Steps to Beach, Small Dog Welcome

Acabamos de comprar esta villa de Seascape y nos complace compartirla con usted. Está a solo unos pasos de la playa y está convenientemente ubicado en West Beach Village. Sin embargo, no hay acceso a la piscina.

Hay una cama king y un sofá cama en esta villa de arriba con un techo elevado en la sala de estar y porche con mosquitero. El baño es luminoso y limpio con ducha. El porche cubierto ya es nuestra "habitación" favorita, perfecta para tomar un café por la mañana o una bebida por la noche.

Esperamos que esta villa se convierta rápidamente en un favorito. También ayudo a alquilar la villa justo al lado, perfecta para parejas que desean vacacionar juntas pero que quieren algo de privacidad.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and with all the amenities to make our visit comfortable. The location allowed for a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient.

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

Nice Holiday Getaway

A really nicely renovated villa offering us a clean and comfortable holiday retreat. We especially liked relaxing on the screened-in porch. Beautiful island with many activities to do nearby and in Charleston.

We really enjoyed the screened in porch the deer came through every morning.Pleasantly surprised to hear the ocean on the porch and dog friendly is a must have.Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Great and relaxing getaway

Location was good. Enjoyed beach and bike trail-great way to explore island. Freshfields Village great place for restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Unit was clean and owner a pleasure to work with.

Great location!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. Nice, private screened in porch. 3-5 minute walk to Boardwalk 7. Susie was very responsive with any inquiries I had during our stay.

Thanks for the nice review! We have found the villa to be a shorter walk to the beach - it is effectively across the villa parking lot from the beach. There are no ocean views though. Future guests, please don't hesitate to ask for the address so you can see for yourself how close it is to the beach.

Great place for a quick get away

Well maintained; close to the beach. A couple of minor items we reported to the owner and they were taken care of. Loved being able to take our small dog with us. We would rent this property again.

Great porch and close to the beach

Close to the beach with easy access. We enjoyed the condo. It was quiet while we were there, rarely heard our neighbors. We enjoyed the screened porch for reading and relaxing after the beach or riding our bikes.

Wonderful Kiawah condo

We had a wonderful trip in this condo at Kiawah. It is in a beautiful and quiet area with many lovely trees and a close beach path with a very wide beach. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, and in a perfect location. The sceened in porch was also a nice place to relax. The owner was very helpful and made renting so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a perfect getaway!

This was the perfect place for our week getaway! VERY CLOSE to the beach; the side walk beside the unit takes you straight to boardwalk 7 onto the beach just a 2 min walk. Cozy accommodations made it feel as comfortable as home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for meals in. Spacious screened porch with additional seating made it feel even bigger. Highly recommend and would return again!

Memorial Day Vaca

My wife and I surprised the kids with a spur of the moment beach trip. It was our first time at Kiawah Island and it more than exceeded our expectations. Susie was really great to work with and made the entire experience that much better.👍👍

Very pleasant stay

Really enjoyed our stay: location is great, very close to the beach. The property was clean and large enough to be comfortable. The only negative was furniture in the living room: sofa and arm chair are quite old and not comfortable to sit at all and so is the mattress with was uncomfortable to sleep on. Communication with owner was very professional and courteous: on time and on point. Would stay there agin

So glad you enjoyed your time at this Seascape villa and Kiawah Island! The living room sleeper sofa was purchased in 2021, so it is not that old. However, sleeper sofas are never going to be as comfortable as a bed :) We look forward to your return.

In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
