Shower curtain rod was rusty Shower curtain was moldy Internet initially did not work but was resolved House had a smell like curry. Opening the windows helped somewhat.

Perfect House for a Wonderful Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house that had everything we could’ve needed. Perfect location and a quiet street made for a perfect pairing. We loved the amenities and the wonderful fireplace at this house and we couldn’t have been happier.

Great location

My kids and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage has everything you may need and I loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. Its walking distance to a gas station and right down the road from a grocery store. I will definitely be returning.

Great vacation get away

All communications with the host was pleasant. Very clean , we will definitely be back. Lacks nothing. Bring clothes and food and youre home. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Comfort at a reasonable rate

Comfortable home with all that you need. The grocery store is an easy walk away. We did experience a challenge, but the owner was very responsive and addressed it right away. We all enjoyed the home and surrounding areas and will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was perfect for my family of 5. We had enough room for all of us spread out. Our Westin loved the fenced in yard. The cottage was in a perfect location to the Homestead, downtown Hot Springs, and Lake Moomaw. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

We enjoyed the little house but we encountered ants in the kitchenand the tv room

We also had a noise fan in the first bedroom which I could not run at night. The toilet was small for adults and slightly lose . Overall I would consider using this facility again with some improvements

Great Location

The property was well stocked with anything you might need. Easy check in and great location. We loved doing the scenic drives around Bath and the surrounding counties.

Property is ideally located for visits to the Homestead and area hiking and fishing. It was not fancy but served our needs just fine. We had a nice stay.

Home away from home

This house was so well equipped. It had everything we needed. I felt more like I was visiting someone rather than it being a rental. We only brought clothes and that was all that we needed. Between the house being equipped and the little grocery store right around the corner, it was such a stress free stay. Jennifer was more than accommodating. I highly recommend.

Hot Springs Fall Color Tour

Thank you Jennifer for a great stay at your home. The house was spotless. Check in was so simple and the street was super quiet. Having a fenced area for our pups was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We travel on Can Am spyders so all the little extras we don't have room to haul made it so easy and convenient. Thank you again!

Very cute little home. Way out in the mountains

My only suggestion to renters is try to arrive during daylight if possible for the first time. The roads on the way are very dark (no lights) and lots of sharp turns through the mountains. I did it at night and it was okay, but I felt much better driving it during the day.

Great birthday weekend at Hot Springs!

We really enjoyed the cottage and the area. There were lots of unexpected supplies provided at the house. For example first aid supplies in the bathroom cabinet, an ice pack in the freezer, firewood kindling, matches, and roasting forks for the fire pit, and laundry detergent. It really felt like you were a house guest. We highly recommend visiting Falling Springs Falls (the waterfall is right on Rt. 220), Lake Moomaw and Douthat state park.

Lots of room with easy access close to store for food.We did not cook so did not look for cookware. Much more room than we needed but price was good and allowed pet. Thanks

Nice getaway location

The house was very clean and had all everything we needed. It is located on a quiet dead end street. Cute little town nearby. We loved the woodpecker door knocker on the house! We throughly enjoyed our stay here!!

The cottage is very conveniently located to all the amenities of the town, Hot Springs. It is close to the Homestead Resort , the Jefferson Pools (natural springs), Jackson River which is stocked with trout though out the season and miles of hiking trails. For the skier, the sloops are less than 5 minutes away at the Homestead Resort.
