Adjacent to community trail to 2 local parks, with an upstairs deck for great mountain views at sunset. Fireplace and big screen TV with cable in the living room; fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave; dining room; laundry room, with washer and dryer. Driveway (2), off street parking (2) and use of garage (1) if needed. Current City of Bozeman Business License, and approved Fire Dept & Health Dept inspections.

Terrific place in a nice neighborhood. Very modern, clean interior, with nice rooms, great living spaces, and a responsive host. We loved it so much we stayed an extra week and booked it immediately for next summer!

All the comforts of home!

The house is beautiful! The beds were super comfy. The view from the upstairs deck was amazing. Great kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Once we figured out how to set up our Dish Anywhere, we were set.We spent a month, and are getting our dates ready so we can book next year!

A wonderful home in every way!

We chose this home to stay in for a week in October in Bozeman and couldn't have been more happy with our time there. The house is clean, spacious, and beautiful, located in a wonderful neighborhood with walking paths and a park nearby. The owner has thought of everything you need to be comfortable and was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We all loved this property and hope to return to it again in the future.

Very central location for our trip. House is very well stocked, the best I have ever seen. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue was the very warm comforter and flannel sheets in hot weather. Would suggest a lighter weight comforter for warm months. Otherwise it was perfect.

Andy was a gracious and very responsive host. The home was even better than the photos could show. Location was great - very close to grocery and other stores. A park down the street would be great for families with small children. The home was very well stocked. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes over the years and this may be the best-stocked kitchen we have seen, We stayed in this home for 5 nights while in Bozeman for a family wedding and was the perfect choice for my elderly parents and us to return to for a quiet retreat from all the family activities. We would definitely stay here again and would highly encourage others to book their stay immediately. 🙂

Wow- what a great rental!

All the reviews are right. This house is awesome! Great neighborhood, big yard, all of the amenities you could ask for. The moment I wished I had something (ex a comfortable chair in the master to feed my baby), I’d turn around and it would be there. Andy has put a lot of thought and detail into this house to ensure the best stay possible for guests. And the cleanliness- I’m super picky here and this place was immaculate. Andy was helpful, and prompt to respond in our few communications. Highly recommend.

This is our second visit and we cannot recommend highly enough. The house is super clean, cozy, well equipped and centrally located with the trail outside the back door. The owners are lovely and responsive. This is a great all around place.
