Guest access
There is free parking at the property, in the driveway and garage, as well as on the street.

Easily check-in via a keycode. The entire home is available for guest use, except for one room and a few cabinets which are locked to protect the homeowners` personal belongings.


Other things to note
A train runs near the property, so some noise is expected during your stay. For your convenience and comfort, we have provided earplugs to mitigate any disturbance.

Please note that we require a rental agreement to be signed.

Please note that prior to your arrival, we will verify your identity. We`ll also collect your choice of a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The home is situated in the newly developed residential area of Bridger Vale on Bozeman`s north side, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. This area is home to Bozeman Beach, a popular summer destination bustling with swimmers, paddle-boarders, small watercraft, and beach volleyball enthusiasts. Just across the water or a short drive away, you can enjoy MAP Brewing and various other local amenities.

Get to downtown Bozeman in approximately 7 minutes by vehicle! Here you will find everything you need including grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, dining, and more!

With easy access to I-90 and only 16 miles to Bridger Bowl, this is a perfect location for exploring all that Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley have to offer.

Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Getting around
There is parking on-site and free street parking.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty. The immediate area is very bikeable and you`ll have access to the extensive trail system that Bozeman enjoys.

We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. If smoking occurs, guests may be evicted and are financially responsible for damage/odor remediation.

No Parties: Parties/events are not allowed due to neighborhood restrictions. Please respect the maximum occupancy of the property.

Damages: Normal wear on furniture/appliances is expected. If something breaks, please notify the property manager so it can be fixed for the next guest.

Noise & Neighbors: As a courtesy to neighbors, please keep noise (conversation, music, etc.) to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm.
