Fully remodeled in June 2023, unit 218 is bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided. Parking is on property and free.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

Enjoy one of the world’s most coveted travel destinations in this professionally designed, well-appointed space.

This home was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean and so adorable decorated, and the variety of pillows to sleep on was a nice touch. The screened patio was a delightful bonus, and having a washer and dryer for small loads was incredibly convenient. Joe was a fantastic host! The beach access was easy, and being close to restaurants was a major plus. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay!This was a fantastic property and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and thoughtfully updated with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pull-out couch made it perfect for our family of three.One of the highlights was enjoying the stunning sunset views each evening from the private balcony. The location couldn't be better, with direct beach access just steps away. We also appreciated the provided beach gear, including boogie boards and beach chairs.A grocery store is conveniently located just around the corner, making it easy to stock up on essentials. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great communication from the host. A fabulous location to the beach, the turtles were spectacular! The house had every single thing you could need on vacation. Beach chairs, snorkel, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, any possible thing you may have forgotten. The home was superbly equipped. The location was nice and central. Overall an amazing stay, wish it could have been longer!

Communication with Host was excellent. Unit was very clean, in a great central location with both Fishing and lots of turtles on the beach behind the condo. They had everything needed for an excellent vacation including everything you’d need for a day on the beach.

Absolutely amazing! Great location, great view every morning. Got to see some sea turtles resting on the beach right by the condo. Condo was amazing, super clean and had anything and everything you could want. Well worth the stay…we even went and looked at the condo that was for sale directly under this one..that’s how good this place was.

We really enjoyed the balcony and walking the beach right outside the condo. The location was also great near grocery stores and restaurants.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Joe’s place. Very comfortable, right by the beach and super close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Maui.
