カ��ポデフィオーリ、ナヴォーナ広場、パンテオン、テヴェレ島、バチカンとサンピエトロ、コロッセオ、フォロロマーノなど、ローマの最も重要な観光スポットすべてにアクセスできる絶好のロケーション。

家はエレベーター付きの3階にあり、ワードローブ付きのダブルベッドルーム、シングルベッドルーム、ダブルソファベッド付きのリビングルーム、椅子とテレビ付きのテーブル、洗濯機と食器洗い機を備えたキッチン、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。
お客様は無料のエアコン、Wi-Fi、暖房、シーツ、リネン、ヘアドライヤー、アイロンをお楽しみいただけます。


徒歩5分で、トラステヴェレのサンタマリア大聖堂、トリルッサ広場、コルシーニ宮殿の国立美術館、ソニーニョ広場に7分で行くことができ、そこからトラムでローマの中心部に行�����とができます。
15分後、テヴェレ島のカンポデフィオーリ、テヴェレ島の真ん中、テンピオマッジョーレシナゴーグ、ポルティコドッタヴィア、コスメディンのサンタマリア（真実の口がある場所）、トッレ広場に到着します。アルゼンチン、中央に古代ローマの遺跡があります。

アパートは、フィウミチーノ空港からトラステヴェレ駅まで電車で簡単にアクセスできます。 3つの停留所で8つ（停留所はトラステベレ/教育省）、その後徒歩2分で家に着きます。 フィウミチーノ空港またはチャンピーノ空港からテルミニ駅まで行き、そこからバスHに乗ります。停留所で降りるのは常にトラステヴェレ/教育省です。
リクエストに応じて、空港内の到着ゲートでお客様をお迎えし、アパートの前に連れて行くことができるプライベートドライバー（車ま��はバン）による送迎サービスを提供できます。

family vacation

Location was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 parents and teenage daughters). The location was great and a short walk to the main Trastevere restaurants. It was easy to take the tram from center city to the apartment. We felt safe in the neighborhood day and night. They also provided 1 power converter which was helpful because my family of 4 only had 3. There was a supermarket nearby to purchase anything you needed. Just outside of the apartment was a little town square that held farmers markets sometimes during the day and there were 2 movie nights while we were there as well. I would highly recommend!

Pictures are extremely misleading. Property is in horrible condition.

My husband and I have traveled the world extensively. We have rented over 80 properties from other sites with no problems at all. In fact, this is the first bad review we have ever left, but felt it was needed as this listing and pictures are extremely deceitful and don't want anyone going through what we went through. We booked this apartment for four days as part of a 30 day trip through Italy. When we arrived, we could not believe our eyes. The apartment was destroyed. The walls are cracked, there is mold in the bathroom, the bathroom sink is cracked, the floors were scratched, several of the furnishings were broken, the sofa was filthy and the blankets smelled. There were literally still hairs and dirt from the previous renters there. The cutlery was dirty and the table even had some jam smeared on it! The chairs were wobbly and the building itself is a major dump. Three lights had wiring issues and flickered on and off. The location is a good location and the a/c worked, but that was about it. We called the managers - Francesco and Serena - to tell them that their apartment was absolutely not what was pictured and we wanted to leave, so needed a full refund. We sent them 89 pictures with the damages and all the issues.They would not refund us and their excuse was that the apartment "was not in great condition, but was livable, better than staying on the streets" (their actual words). Not only that, but Serena yelled at the tops of her lungs at us. As we arrived late at night, we slept in our clothing on top of the sheets (it was disgusting) and left the next day to an amazing apartment we found on another website.

We manage many apartments and hosted thousands of guests in the years but never found someone like this guest. From the moment she arrived keep looking for reasons to have a refund and spent all her time sending messages and blackmailing us about a bad review if she didn't receive that, keep calling and sending pictures like a mad. Her review is a collection of lies about the apartment and about how we acted receving her fool calls all day and night long and we were still able to be calm. We never shouted to her even if she did. WE rent this apartment from time, on other famous ota is a plus house and has a very high rate. None, even in last period, ever blamed and all out guests are happy of the house and of our service. Her husband was a normal person we could speak with and he seemed embarassed too from her wife's way of acting. Thanks God a person like this is a very rare case and i really wish good luck to who will have the matter to host her. Goodbye forever Patricia and i really hope you will resolve your matters. Stay well and safe.

Great location in a lively neighbourhood. There are great restaurants, gelato and cafes on the street directly below and the square in front has a fresh fruit and vegetable market every morning. Despite that, the apartment was pretty quiet. The apartment is a little dated but clean with comfortable beds and sheets. The bathroom was a little tight for four people sharing. Looks like the linens and towels were professionally cleaned. Check in was quick and easy and we got a quick response from the hosts when we had a question.

Idéalement situé !

Appartement idéalement situé dans le quartier animé du Trestevere. Les principaux lieux touristiques sont accessibles à pieds et le quartier dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires pour faire ses courses, dont un petit marché (tous les jours sauf le dimanche) juste en bas ! Calme (fenêtres donnant sur le patio), propre et convenablement équipé, draps et linge de maison fournis. Il se situe dans un bel immeuble typique avec un patio arboré. Les échanges avec Serena se sont très bien passés ainsi que l'accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Rome !

Great apartment in a great location.

We loved this apartment in Trastevere. The apartment was comfortable and quiet yet within a great neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive and they even helped deliver a forgotten item to family who passed through Rome a week later. Would definitely stay here again.

Attentive and friendly service

Interactions with all of the staff were wonderful. An issue with a key was fixed quickly and thoroughly. I’ll stay with them again when I return to room.

Fantastic Location

Very cozy apartment tucked right near all the action in Trastevere. Despite being close to everything, it is very quiet. You are mere minutes away from all the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and also a very quick walk (10 minutes) to cross the bridge into all the historical sights that Rome has to offer. Great communication from the hosts during our stay as well.

L´appartamento ideale per 3 persone

A perfect apartment in perfect position. Everything You need nearby, open market in front of the house, many restaurants, and tram stop to center in 5 minutes. The apartment is well equipped, very fast internet connection and good kitchen equipment. The landlord Francesco is very friendly and helpful .We spent 9 days here and I can warmly recommend.
