*** NOUVELLEMENT REMODÉ *** Faites quelques pas vers la promenade privée et la jetée de pêche. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse ou promenez-vous le long de notre promenade au bord de la rivière tout en regardant le coucher du soleil et les dauphins gambader dans l'eau. Faites une croisière au casino. Marcher, faire du vélo ou conduire sur des kilomètres de plages de sable. Allez pêcher depuis la jetée communautaire. Tout cela est possible à partir de ce charmant et confortable condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain. Si vous prévoyez des vacances qui nécessitent des plages de sable blanc, du canotage, de la pêche de classe mondiale, du surf et d'autres sports nautiques dans un cadre privé et calme à proximité d'attractions telles que Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona Speedway alors cette location de vacances est faite pour vous! Ce condo au deuxième étage surplombe la voie navigable Intracoastal. Il y a deux piscines - toutes deux chauffées pendant les mois froids. Le complexe propose également des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, un parcours de golf 18 trous et un putt et des barbecues à gaz. Regardez une télévision de 50 pouces assise sur un canapé / causeuse, avec deux fauteuils inclinables ou écoutez de la musique tout en vous relaxant sur les transats sur le porche ....... Ou faites une sieste!

Visitez le célèbre phare de Ponce de Leon Inlet; vous aurez une vue à couper le souffle si vous décidez de grimper au sommet. Visitez les ruines de Sugar Mill ou Cap Canaveral. Participez à une course au Daytona International Speedway.

Dans la soirée, profitez de l'un des nombreux restaurants locaux pour un bon repas ou préparez votre propre dîner dans la cuisine bien équipée. Profitez du cinéma ou du théâtre; puis promenez-vous au centre-ville.

Beautiful Intercoastal Views

This condo is well kept, clean and spacious with the most beautiful views of the intercoastal with dolphins and yachts. Amazing pools and an enjoyable walk to the downtown Flagler area. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby.

It has a beautiful view and the condo is nice…. Unfortunately for me there was heavy construction going on in the next unit during my entire stay.. very noisy … the owner gave me some money back but what I really wanted was a nice peaceful getaway… unfortunately for me I did not get that.

Nice condo on the Intracoastal

The location is great - right on the Indian River Lagoon. We spent many mornings on our SUPs watching the dolphins and birds. We easily rode bikes to the beach for the afternoon. The development has many nice amenities including 2 pools, a library, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Alex, the owner, was great to work with. Would recommend this property.

Great Location, close to everything we enjoy doing.

Property was in nice condition. Great view. This is a second floor unit and the elevator was out of service for the first few days making it difficult to carry out personal belonging into the unit when we arrived (I have bad knees). We would rent this unit again. Owner was very helpful.

Loved this Place

The condo is awesome with everything you need or want. the amenities are everything you need and want. the view of the Intracoastal is perfect for watching all the boats and dolphins. this was a great stay. highly recommend. the host was responsive if we had questions. bed was comfortable. shower in main bathroom is great. wifi worked very well.

Nice Stay on the Intracoastal

Lovely and relaxing stay. I was actually working remotely so the great wifi was appreciated, and Alex was very nice to work with. Close to everything yet quiet and comfy.

Beautiful view! Great location for dining and shopping!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a boardwalk hust outside the condo along the intracoastal which was very easily accessed for fishing and walking. The condo’s screened in porch was very relaxing and had great views of boats passing and many dolphins playing! The only detail we missed was there were no beach towels, beach chairs or a hair dryer. Since we were flying, we could not bring beach chairs and didn’t make room for towels and as hair dryer. We mistakingly assumed these would be there. We bought the needed items and left them there for the next guests. Overall, we gad a great vacation!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay at our second home. All amenities are clearly defined in the listing. I appreciate you bringing to our attention that the hairdryer had walked away. We will replace it. As to beach chairs and the like, as I mentioned to you when we spoke, these too have a tendency to disappear. To keep our prices as low as possible, we decided not to keep repurchasing them. Best, Alex
