Perfect Getaway!

We came to escape the heat, this lovely home was right on the money. Very comfortable for two people or four if couples share, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The side yard was perfect for hosing ourselves and the dog off when coming in from the sandy beach - right across the street. Very sweet home is nicely decorated, we enjoyed our stay!

Great house and location!

Our house was great! Nicely decorated and right across the street from public beach access. The second floor living area needs to be considered for those with mobility issues however it was perfect for us as we had a nice view of the ocean.

Beautiful Sunsets and steps from the beach

This is a nice property in a small neighborhood. When we first rented this house I expected that the beach access was not going to be as advertised, but the access it literally across a street and you are literally, "steps from the beach." The sunsets were amazing and you can see the Morro Bay rock from the balcony. And of course we enjoyed our time in Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. We had a minor issue with the toilet, and the property management company sent a handyman over within 30 minutes and it was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly they got back to us.

Great beach access

The property is a hidden gem, it is about a mile and a half outside of town. The house has a great beach access which is across the street. it is also pet friendly which is what we needed. The upstairs has a nice balcony and everything you need to have a great stay. we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again. It was a very convenient check in and out.

Amazing Beachfront Stay

We loved everything about this beachside stay. We went on long walks on the beach each day. Beds and bedding were comfy and soft. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill and firepit. So nice to have an upstairs and downstairs fridge. The large garage was a nice perk. We hope to stay here again as the accommodations and location can’t be beat!

Great Cayucos Stay

We had a quick 3 night stay. The house is in a great location and, as advertised, is steps from the beach. Everything about the house is clean and works well. The host, Pat, was communicative and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice little house in a perfect location!

The house is nice and clean and very comfortable. It is located directly across the street from the beach. It was super convenient to both Cayucos and Morro Bay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

Fabulous getaway!

The home is perfect! Just what we'd hoped for! Across the street from beach access! The home was spotless! Really! Really clean. It has everything we could need or want. The kitchen has new, easy to use, appliances. The yard was beautiful and perfect to sit out and relax! The beds were very comfortable. The decor was fun and very well done. The furniture, all around, was comfortable and very nice. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The bathrooms were great. I can see why people stay here repeatedly! The beach is so peaceful. It's not crowded and the beach access is literally across the street and one house over! I can't say enough nice things about our stay!

Always a great escape to the beach

We have stayed here a few times and it is always an easy process, a nice place to stay and a relaxing trip. So convenient across the street from the beach stairs for long walks on the beach! We appreciate the new BBQ, microwave and dishwasher as we at in for most of our meals.

Amazing stay!

It was our first time taking our golden doodle on a trip. Loved this lovely, pet friendly home. Our pup loved the beach. Ran around until he was exhausted. A tired dog is a good dog! The charming home was exactly as advertised. The beach access was right across the street. As other reviewers noted, you can hear Highway 1 traffic, but we did not find it disturbing and couldn’t hear with windows closed.

Property was as described. Great location. Quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach. Plenty of amentities in the house. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and sinks upon arrival. We did have to go over with Chlorox wipes (toilet). Otherwise we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Very relaxing stay. Awesome!
