Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Tucked away on a quiet, dead-end street, the home offers plenty of privacy. Soak up the sun or catch a sea breeze while grilling and chilling on the landscaped front patio, complete with fire pit and comfy seating.

Sleeping Spaces
~Primary Suite – Private and peaceful with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, lots of drawer space, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with step-in shower.
~Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed with direct access to the second full bathroom (also shared with the third bedroom).
~Bedroom 3 – Another queen-size bed, located at the front of the house for added privacy.
~Bonus Sleeping Area – Queen-size Murphy bed in the game/TV room for extra guests.

~Open-Concept Den – 60" TV, gas fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, and ultra-comfy seating—perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings.

Parking is available for guest use. 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage and 2 in the driveway/rock area to the right of the driveway. Please be aware the driveway is at the end of a dead end street and can be tight for larger vehicles.
No Smoking. 1 Dog under 60 LBS OR 2 Dogs both under 20 LBS allowed. Nightly Pet fees, per pet, apply. NOTE: This home does not have a fenced yard.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.
The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!
Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
