Our home is perfectly located for a fun packed beach vacation or a relaxing stay by the canal.
For the beach lovers, we are two blocks away from direct access to one on the best beaches in the country – short walk, no driving necessary. Soak up the sun, swim, play games, watch the dolphins follow the shrimp boats, or simply stroll from one end of the island to the other.
If you bring your boat or jet ski, you can tie up to our dock - access to the ICW is just seconds away. We have a two person kayak so you can explore the natural beauty of the Intracoastal and marshland.
After a day of playing or relaxing enjoy the sunset on our new main deck, or the upper deck – either way the sunsets are spectacular.
In the evening take a short walk to Drift Coffee, Coastal Winery, restaurants, the pier, bars, ice cream & snow cones shops, surf shops, beach shops, mini golf.
If you want to stay in for the night or nights, then the kitchen has enough space to create a family meal and for all of you sit down and enjoy it. Feel free to take your meals outside and eat out on the deck under the stars.
As the evening winds down you can sit in the lounge or move upstairs to the 2nd living area (or just have the kids go up there and play boards games while parents have some quiet time)
Practically, our home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The master is downstairs and has it’s own tub, shower and his & her vanities. This bedroom opens up to the main deck.
A second bedroom is upstairs and opens up to the upper deck.
The third bedroom is upstairs and is large bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Bunk Bed with a double below and single above.
There is a upstairs living room area that has a Sofa Bed to sleep 2 when the day's activities are done and its time for rest.
The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom tub/shower with dual vanities.
There is a third full bathroom downstairs. No waiting for a refreshing shower after you get back from the beach.
Under the house there is a picnic table, outdoor shower, gas propane grill, and kayak with life preservers. **New for 2023** stand up paddle boards to cruise the canal and ICW!
Plus room to park.
