Enjoy the beautiful water view in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully-furnished unit. The split floor plan gives each bedroom lots of privacy. The beautifully decorated Master Bedroom with an adjoining newly remodeled Master Bath, has a king-sized bed, large dressers and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dressers for storage and a double-sized closet. The newly remodeled 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. The open floor plan LR/DR is a great room for entertaining. The pull out sofa in the living room sleeps 2 more guests comfortably. The enclosed lanai is a perfect room for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while overlooking the gulf waters. A brand new kitchen remodel was just finished in 2025. The kitchen is furnished with all dishware, glassware, cookware and utensils. All bedding, linens and towels are provided in the unit. The Bay Tree Club includes 2 heated pools with lounge chairs, picnic grilling areas for parties and cookouts, boat/kayak docks, storage cabanas, beach restroom facilities with rinse off shower. Elevator access to all floors, grocery cart for transporting supplies and washer/dryer on floor. Beautiful Siesta Key is the perfect vacation spot. Enjoy the white sandy beaches with gorgeous sunsets. Crescent Beach area offers boating, jet skiing and fishing excursions. Spend the day at St. Armand's Circle, perfect for dining and shopping. Or visit the nearby Ringling Museum and Mote Aquarium.

Perfect location

This unit was in a perfect location and was very clean. This area is perfect for beach lovers and fishing too! We had a wonderful trip and the home owner was so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend this area to anyone who loves a family atmosphere!! Hoping to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is very nice a and comfortable. Our family loved the location , very peaceful and relaxing. The beautiful beach is just a very short walk across the stree, and the cabana has everything you need for a great day at the beach. The pool was amazing and this part of the beach is very beautiful and there were never more than 4 families, it was liking having the beach all to ourselves!! I would definitely stay at this condo again!

The condominium property is beautiful, quiet, with perfect location. The condo is outdated but very clean! The part that says sleeping sofa needs to be removed. Thankfully we found blow up mattresses in the closet, or it would have been difficult for my family. I do have some recommendations, instead of old fashion keys, it would have been great having the code entry at the condo and the cabana. I saw others that had that and it does make it easier but that’s not a deal breaker. The pool was so hot that we couldn’t swim in it during the day!! I understand it’s heated but when it’s 98 degrees outside, the pool needs to be cooler than 92 I think the pool temp was. We met some locals that live there and they are very friendly!!! We would def stay again!

Best Hidden Gem

The condo is little dated and could use a refresh but that doesnt matter to us. However I know it matters to some. Some blinds missing from doors to the lanai but again didnt matter to us nor affect or stay. Very well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. The only thing we noticed is no pull out coich as listed unless we are just not smart and couldnt figure it out. Haha but the kiddos didnt care and thought it was cool they got to sleep on couches. The location and access to the beach makes this place perfect!!! We loved that our little section of beach was basically private. From the master bed you can wake up to the sunrise over the bay, which is gorgeous!!! Great location to get anywhere in the area with ease. Already in talks about booking this property again for next year. Frank was an amazing host easy to work with and readily available if ever needed!! Dont miss out on this property!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay there and it comes with a great view of the sun rise each morning. Perfect location. Frank was great too - always responded to any questions we had.

Just returned from delightful experience at Bay Tree. The entire Trip from check in to check out was easy and relaxing. A real Home away from home in beautiful surroundings with Inter coastal waterway, the beach, everything you could want At the lovely spacious two bedroom and bath condo. Stores And restaurants nearby many friendly people all made our Stay fun. We were awestruck with so much natural beauty, the Property is exactly as described and on south end away from the Busy area to a perfectly serene and quiet part of the island. We Can’t wait to return. This vacation does not disappoint.

We had a wonderful time in this great 2 bedroom condo on Siesta Key. The beach, pools, and cabana with everything thing we needed for the beach made relaxing and enjoying the beauty of this area seamless. The charming condo had everything we needed and the views from The lanai and master bedroom were lovely. We hope to come back again!
