The condo features LPV flooring, fresh paint, beautifully renovated bathrooms, updated furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king mattress, creating the perfect place to recharge after a day at the beach. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable double beds, making the condo ideal for couples, families, or a getaway with friends.

Relax in the living room with a 65” Smart TV, or enjoy additional Smart TVs in both bedrooms.

All pool‑area umbrellas must be fully closed when not in use to reduce the risk of breakage and maintain equipment longevity.

Please ensure beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are free of sand before bringing back to unit. This helps keep the property clean and prevents damage
