Gorgeous luxury home in the private golf and country club of Anthem . This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home includes a private pool side Casita. High quality furnishings and comfortable beds make this your home away from home. This is a place to relax and soak up the sun in beautiful surroundings.

The large main room has a built-in entertainment center with 55 inch flat screen TV and fireplace. The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen nook seats 8.

The master bedroom features a plush King Size bed with a huge walk in closet and en suite bathroom. It also features a flat screen TV and private access to a covered patio next to the spa. The Luxury guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen Tempurpedic mattress. It has sliding doors to the patio and pool. The next guest room has twin beds, and the other has a queen bed. They are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and separate shower room. The powder room is also around the corner. The casita features plush queen size bed and TV, with en suite bathroom.

The home is also equipped with Free Wireless internet to keep you connected! The house is fully furnished with whatever you may need.

Anthem is approximately 40 minutes north of Sky Harbor airport, exit Daisy Mountain Drive off the 17. The outlet malls at Anthem provide 300,000 + square feet of unbelievable shopping values. Anthem is on the road to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

For those sports lovers, you are only 20 minute drive away to Phoenix Stadium, located in Glendale, spring training sites and the NBA. This home is located within 20 miles of over 30 golf courses in the greater/northern Phoenix area including TPC in Scottsdale. .

Great House, lots of room.

My wife and I rented this home for 4 months while opening a new business in the Phoenix area. With the 5 bedrooms we had plenty of room for friends and family to come visit. The casita sits out back by itself for those who want privacy, with another 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and the master on the other it worked out great. Nice kitchen. Used the spa most nights, heats up to the perfect temp. The only thing missing is maybe some more patio furniture to enjoy the back yard. The yard faces south for plenty of sun by the pool!
