We loved staying here. Really close to the gondola, ski rentals, and restaurants. The hot tub was great after a long day skiing. The house was exactly as pictured. Would rent again!
Wonderful location, well built and well appointed house. Quiet, despite downtown location.
It’s hard to find faults with this house. I took my two high school aged girls and a friend each to the house and we had a great experience. The upstairs (master) was nice to be separated by a floor from the kids bedroom to allow quiet sleep. The only downside is there is no outdoor space such as a patio or sitting area or view of the ten mile range.
The only other thing was arriving late at night, we drove around and around trying to find the place. The address is on Main Street but the house is actually located off an unmarked alleyway a block and a half south , half block east and block south. It took us about 20 minutes driving around in circles that late at night trying to find where to park and the front door. Once in, all was good.
The only other thing was there was a loud, audible alarm that went off during our stay about a malfunction of the sump pump system. Things happen, I understand. The nice thing about this place was how responsive they were and had a maintenance guy out within 15 minutes who took care of the issue quickly. The technician was super nice and professional and it was no big deal.
I would stay there again for sure.
Beautiful property, located right at the foot of the gondola and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shops. Everything felt very new and clean. Our family loved it! The only tiny criticism is there is no air conditioning and they were having a bit of a heat wave so it was quite hot in the master to sleep at night. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.
This location is in a prime area of Breckenridge. Right off Main St, it makes getting around easy
The only suggestions included allowing for more parking spaces. The place comfortably sleeps 8 people, but only one parking permit is provided. Additional cars have to drive ~2 miles to the overflow parking lot or risk getting a ticket. Also, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work for appliances (curling iron, blow dryer, etc) Outlets outside of the bathroom worked without issue, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting ready without any functional outlets in the bathrooms. Lastly, the couch is counted as a sleeping area to comfortably sleep 8 people. However, a heavy ?marble coffee table is in front of the couch which makes it difficult using the couch as a bed. Outside of these minor issues, the place was great! It's all about location, location, location!! It's right off Main St which makes it easy to walk anywhere! The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was well-stocked with bath towels, silverware/cups/plates, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap. There were even blow dryers provided. Also the hot tub was a fabulous way to unwind after a long day exploring Breck
Location couldn't be better
Clearly the property was recently updated- felt new and clean all throughout. Lots of space for our family of 4. I was nervous having 2 young kids sleep 2 floors away from the parents but it worked out fine. The kids were excited to sleep in bunk beds but they ended up just sleeping on the bottom mattress together (a queen- plenty big)- but the upper bunk mattress was so thick there wasn't much room to prevent them from rolling off so we didn't let them sleep up there.
We walked 2 minutes to the gondola from this house and were so excited that we could walk to Main Street so easily. We cooked a lot of meals at home because it was so nice there and convenient to come home between activities. Total winner!!
Modern home in great location
My family of 5 loved the layout and location of this house. Upstairs master and lower level bunk room gave us all the space we needed during our trip. Main floor was spacious enough to gather in.
The decor was fresh and modern. I could have moved in and not changed a thing.
The location is perfect being a few steps off of Main Street and across from the gondola. Daylight Donuts being right across the street was a hit with my family!
