NEWER HOME -- This is a newer beachfront house in a quiet neighborhood. From the house, deck and patio you will enjoy spectacular panoramic waterfront views of the Gulf Islands to White Rock, BC. A path in the backyard leads to private stairs to the beach. The house comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa. The main floor has easy, no-stair access with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level includes an extra living area with the sleeper sofa, kitchenette and bedroom with a third bathroom. The home is fully equipped and includes a laundry room, outdoor gas bbq grill, big screen TVs in both living areas, plus wifi. The home is west facing for spectacular sunsets from all living areas and two bedrooms.
A fantastic and easy get-away, just 15 minutes from Interstate 5, and conveniently located near Semiahmoo Golf Course and Semiahmoo Resort and Spa. During warm weather -- or cool weather days when the you want to bundle up -- the private beach is perfect for beachcombing, bird watching and exploring.
During the winter months this is a cozy place to warm up after skiing at Grouse Mountain in nearby Vancouver, Canada (45 miles away ) -- or after driving a little father to Mt. Baker ski resort (75 miles).
A note about cleaning and disinfecting: The house is thoroughly cleaned after each use and during the virus pandemic we implemented additional cleaning and disinfection measures -- for your peace or mind and ours. We also provide cleaning and disinfecting products for guests to use and a contactless check-in/check-out process using a keypad lock.

We had a great time and the little hiccup didn’t bother us as much as it did the neighbors. I would book again the next time we are up that way. The kids enjoyed the beach and finding rocks to paint. We left a few in the front yard for you.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful beach house very much. The house, location, and amenities are even nicer in person than the beautiful photos show. The owners couldn’t be more accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We loved our stay!

Property and views are amazing! The listing doesnt do it justice. The home was clean, well stocked with a great layout and plenty of space. Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The views were spectacular from every room. The beach is right there and so much fun to stroll. The house is really nice inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We would love to come back.

Perfect Getaway

The house was beautiful & the view was spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the sunset on the beach, exploring the beach when the tide was out and just relaxing. Such a beautiful, peaceful place. By far the best vacation rental. Sheri & Kelli are so nice. Our family can't wait to go back!

WE had a wonderful time . Close to Birch Bay Lots of Nature around you, Eagle, Haron, Seals in water , one whale siting Did kayak along shore. If not for smoke would be nice views of White Rock in Canada and Point Roberts Wonderful deck , very private

Beautiful Beach House

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. You will witness the most beautiful sunsets from the back deck. We love the views, how peaceful the property is and exploring the beach when the tide goes out. Our family has found this place to be the best beach vacation spot and we look forward to our stay every summer! Sheri and Jim are wonderful hosts! We're looking forward to our next stay.

The location was amazing and the house and property were even more wonderful than in the pictures. It was super clean and well stocked with a great layout and amenities. Sheri was a huge help when a snowstorm threatened our trip. We ended up having a very restful and fun weekend at the beach! We can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular!

We loved everything about our stay! The home was very clean, very well-stocked/supplied. The view was fabulous, and the boat activity on the water was entertaining. Beach exploration was fun. Though we weren't there for golf, the proximity to Semiahmoo was prime. For mountain bikers, Galbraith was about 35 - 40 minutes away. This was a delightful stay. Definitely would recommend this for a wonderful getaway!

This property is even better than pictured. Our group of 6 adults was very comfortable with how the bedrooms are setup. Seating inside and out is very comfortable. We found everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The owners are gracious and helpful. We really enjoyed the beach access and were totally wowed by the georgeous sunsets from the deck.

Glad the layout of the house worked well for your group. I agree having each of the three bedrooms next to a bathroom is a nice arrangement for three couples. Some families have also appreciated having that extra living space downstairs for kids -- or the extra kitchenette for early risers to make coffee and enjoy the quiet morning views. Hope you are all able to come back again and enjoy more sunsets.

We absolutely loved your house. The pictures do not express how much the views really are, breath taking. We where busy every day but then we would come back and see the sun set and end the day glad we where here. Some day I would love to come back and stay again and maybe bring all the family. Perfect Getaway!

Sheri/Jim/Kelli were great hosts! This was my family's 2nd year in a row staying at Sheri & Jim's and once again we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the beach is perfect, the views are gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bald eagle. Exploring the beach when the tide goes out, walking nearby trails, enjoying meals on the back deck overlooking the sunset. We look forward to our next stay at the beach house and already can't wait to return.

Exactly what we needed.

Beautiful Vacation!

We had a wonderful relaxing time! The house and views are beautiful! The Kitchen is stocked well with spices and everything you need to cook! The owner knew that is was going to be warm and left us ice cream and popcicles! My daughter was very happy! We loved taking the kayaks out right before sunset. We did lots of eagle, and crane watching, I can't say enough about this wonderful house. We hope to return next year!

All the previous reviews are spot on. Perfect for our family of six plus two grandkids. At the risk of the house not being available next time nothing but 5 star reviews are warranted (I'm always skeptical if 5 star is all you see....). The owners were very responsive to questions prior to arriving. Thanks for the wonderful scones. They were gobbled up quickly! We will return!
