Enjoy your Arizona vacation in this bright, sunny home with awesome fenced patio. Have your morning coffee in the sun, on the front southern patio and afternoon BBQ's under the shaded pergola in back. There are many windows to provide natural light and to view the palms and flowering plants. The master bedroom with king size bed has a sitting area with lots of natural light including a solar tube in the master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Ceiling fans in every room.
Tenants can enjoy all the amenities of the community with the purchase of a recreation card . Sun City West offers seven 18 hole golf courses (additional fees), four recreation centers with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, miniature golf, weight rooms and a bowling alley.
