Our one and two bedroom Diamond Beach Family Apartments are conveniently located in the Tomb of the Kings area of Pafos. The furnishings are bright and friendly, giving a clean and airy feel to all rooms. The complex is only about 200 metres from the sea with a communal swimming pool. Special price for transfer from/to Paphos or Larnaca Airport to complex. Airport transfer time: Paphos 20 mins: Larnaca 1 hour & 30 mins.

A hire car is not necessary in this location but would be useful to fully appreciate the Paphos region. The apartment owner will be happy to make the necessary car hire arrangements for you on special rates as he is owner of a car hire company.

Spotless everything we needed for our 5 week stay - Nick was amazing so helpful a really genuine chap he went above and beyond - the apartment was in a good location with a little garden which was so much better than a balcony. Highly recommended.

Exceptional hospitality

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment. The space is beautiful and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The terrace offers a stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and had everything perfectly organized, ensuring a seamless experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

I would like to take the opportunity and mentioned that we don't have so much reviews in VRBO as we don't get so many reservation but as well that we have rented out for long term and we put it back for short rental period since January 2024. We did a very good renovation last December 2023. We have put completely new kitchen, new cooker and oven, new doors and window inside and outside, new air conditioning and fans, new sofa, new bed and new cupboard. Thank you so much and we hope you will visit Cyprus again in the near future.

Nice and relaxed stay in Paphos

The apartment is nice for a relaxed time in Paphos, we stayed for some days, visiting different places in and around Paphos. The small library in our apartment ist really good, a variety of mostly thrillers, which I enjoyed a lot :) The communication with Nick was very pleasant and uncomplicated, we wish you all the best!

Great apartment

Home yesterday after a lovely 4 week holiday in the 2 bed apartment. It is in a perfect position for sunning on the balcony sunrise till sunset and 2 mins walk from Lidl, bars, restaurants. Nick could not be more helpful. My second holiday at the diamond complex. Hope to be back in the spring.

Clean and tidy, well equipped.

Nick was very helpful, both in meeting us at the airport and arranging our return to the airport. No problems. Slight downside, the local beach has no sunbeds and umbrellas available, though it is possible that the nearby Venus Beach Hotel would allow the use of their facilities for a fee in the off season. No great problem though, buses are approximately every 15 minutes to take you to Paphos harbour or to Coral Bay beaches, 1.5 euros per trip.

Location is excellent. The flat was very well equipped.the pool was lovely.nick was extremely helpful.the only thing that needs improvement-needs to have written instructions about how to work television etc.and also which switches work the water heater and should be switched off.its hard to take it all in in the minutes of arrival,and it could prevent unecessary unpleasantries or phonecalls.

Super Location

Wunderbare Wohnung . Wir haben sie absolut sauber und aufgeräumt vorgefunden. Die Besitzer waren absolut freundlich und zugewandt. Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und dem Lüfter wurden umgehend beseitigt.In direkter Nachbarschaft ein Lidl, Lokale, Restaurants. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, 10.000 Jahre Geschichte direkt vor der Haustür. Danke für die Empfehlung den Strand am Flughafen Paphos zu besuchen. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

A very nice place, a very friendly owner.

A very nice apartment - clean and neat. The listing description is completely accurate. There are a supermarket LIDL, good sandy beach and a few restoraunts nearby. We have spent nice holidays there.
