Saltmarsh Retreat accommodates up to 12 and includes 2 full baths and 2 half baths, screen sleeping porch, deck, outdoor shower, and soaking tub. Pine paneling and flooring, vaulted ceilings, and marine architectural elements distinguish the residence as a coastal station .The house includes 3 carts, and linens. NO MEMBERSHIPS available with this property.

Middle Island's Dogwood Ridge. Surrounded by undeveloped land, the house rests in an acre of maritime forest of live oaks and palmettos, reaching down to Cape Creek waters. East Beach and miles of undeveloped shoreline are accessible privately, a 5-minute cart ride along pristine saltmarsh & Cape Creek Road.
