Belle maison située à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage avec escalier public offrant un accès direct à Alki, avec les transports en commun et une navette gratuite en bateau-taxi. Propre et mis à jour 3 chambres 1. maison de 75 salles de bains avec une vue fantastique. Le dernier étage a une salle de bain complète avec baignoire à jets et deux chambres, une avec lit queen et l'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la plage, le son et les montagnes. L'étage principal a une belle cuisine mise à jour avec vue sur l'eau et la montagne, cuisinière à gaz .. Le salon et la salle à manger ont une vue sur l'eau et la montagne, des portes françaises sur une grande terrasse avec barbecue à gaz, table et chaises. Le sous-sol est aménagé en suite parentale à porte ouverte avec lit queen et canapé-lit queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, salle de bain 3/4 avec plancher chauffant et grande douche. Aussi du maître, vous avez des portes françaises pour abaisser le patio avec des chaises et un espace jardin.

This house worked great for our three kids and us. You can walk to the beach easily. The streets are a little gnarly for driving, but the views from the house are absolutely gorgeous.

Wonderful Alki beach house

Perfect for our family of five. Easy walk down the stairs to the beach and access to multiple restaurants. Had a hard time finding it at first and Dale was easily reachable and responsive all weekend. Perfect accommodations and great views for exploring the Seattle area.

Our family enjoyed everything about our rental house, the view, deck with a grill, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen since we cooked many nights and easy access by walking to Alki Beach. So many great adventures so close, whale watching, Mt Rainer hiking, swimming and fire pits at Alki Beach. Our host was helpful and highly responsive.

Scenic Serenity

Perfect views of the sound with the mountains on the horizon in a very attractive and comfortable setting. The single lane roads were not too challenging getting there, and the carport was easy to access. The arrangements were very welcoming and even with our group of 8 there was plenty of space.

Incredible Stay. Will return to this location

So perfectly located and the home has all you need. Perfect for adults traveling with children. You can walk down to the beach and there are so many restaurants to choose from, you honestly don't need a car. The pedestrian ferry will take you to downtown Seattle (Pike's Place, Aquarium, etc.) The owners are really great about communicating with the guests and they have everything you need for cooking full meals.

This house is very nice. The location is near the top of a hill in some tight roads but the views out the windows are great! It is well kept up and having a carport to park in was great! Communication was clear and quick. Having the heated tiles in the bathroom was the icing on the cake!

Amazing Experience

Wonderful stay! Our family of five rented the property over the holidays for several months. It was clean, well stocked, and a short walk down to Alki Beach. The property owner was very accommodating, allowing us to come early to avoid an ice storm and even brought holiday decorations to make the house feel like home. Would highly recommend.

Cousin Reunion

This was the perfect home for us to spend Memorial Day Weekend at. The views are stunning and there are multiple outside areas to enjoy. These include a nice large deck and a sweet garden area. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well supplied. This is a great home to have time together and also some private time apart. Definitely hope to come back!

Family weekend

Well appointed kitchen. Quiet and convenient location. Beds were comfy. Outdoor areas need tidied up, as in remove the planters with dead stuff in them and fill in the large bare dirt sections (that attracts animals and smells like cat pee).

Thank you for your input. I went out and bought new plants for the planters and plants for the bare dirt section of the yard that should make it look better. We have had a dry summer and we should purchase drought resistant plants so will plan on that for the future.

We purchased this home in 2005 one month before we got married and then went through a 3 year remodel taking the home down to the studs with new wiring, plumbing, windows, doors, floors and more. We raised two boys in our home and we enjoyed the views, beach, neighborhood and neighbors. We purchased a home close by to begin a new remodel project.

The view from this home is wonderful. The dead end street is like being away from the city with off street covered parking for one car, or two small cars and usually plenty of street parking for a few more even during the busy summer years. People who drive on this road either live here, visiting our awesome neighbors or are lost. One doesn't just drive our road to get somewhere.

We fell in love with the view, character of the home and amazing street. You do not feel like you are close to the city and we see eagles, blue heron, osprey and I even saw an orca whale from my upper floor bedroom window.
