Beautiful property

My first impression of the unit is how clean it was. The neighborhood and area are beautiful. The kitchen and garage are well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect, easy drive to Kona and Waimea. The management company is very responsive. I will definitely stay in any property they represent.

Awesome location

My mom, my son and I stayed in this location and it had more than enough things to use. It had a starter Kona coffee w creamer, all things needed for the beach and bikes. We didn’t get to use the bikes but enjoyed the boogie boards. From here we took the drive to the Botanical Gardens near Hilo and enjoyed all the beaches around. I don’t recommend 49s Black Sand Beach, too rough and rocky. Beach Club was our favorite which is included with stay. The pool is awesome, not too deep so safe for kids and they have a big 1 foot section for little ones. Got a little seasick with the Sunset cruise from the club but so pretty. Great stay with kids and very clean. On our last night there was a water leak and I messaged them and they had repair out early next morning. Communication with management was easy and they’re are friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I booked this last minute as the Maui fires diverted us. The place was clean and very comfortable. It is in a gated neighborhood about a half mile from the Fairmont Orchid. All Hawaii beaches allow public access so we used the bikes from the house to ride to the beach daily. The kitchen was perfect with all the items we needed to cook meals daily. The market is about a 3 minute bike ride down the road. We enjoyed brewing Kona coffee daily at the condo. The master bedroom was quiet and spacious with a nice bathroom. This was a perfect spot if we had brought our kids. The neighborhood pool was warm and an easy walk across the driveway. Our only complaint would be the snorkel gear googles were so scratched, if you want to snorkel any of the close by bays, you'd probably want to rent. We used the soft cooler for the beaches. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay and we'd definitely recommend for small families.

Great Location and Service

For the past 14 years, my wife and I have celebrated Thanksgiving and our anniversary in the Mauna Lani area. This was our first time in the Kulalani area and we hope it's not our last. When we first arrived we were a little disappointed with some of the items in the kitchen. Some were old and some 'essentials' were missing. I wrote the management company with a list of items that could make the unit even better and they delivered everything the next day! The owners provide tons of stuff for families to use at the beach or pool. There's so much that we had to figure out a way to re-position everything in order to get a car in the garage. We LOVED the pool area, especially the Quiet/Lap pool. I would highly recommend this unit to someone who wants to stay in the Mauna Lani area and feel like you're in a wonderful community neighborhood.

Convenient quiet location

Very quiet area of the resort. Short drives to beaches and restaurants. Waikiloa Village beaches and shopping are only 10 minutes away and we went often. Nice restaurants that weren’t expensive. The market is great for affordable grab m go food

Perfect place to call home away from home

We loved this home. Great location. Perfect for two people but we hosted a few friends for dinner too. The outdoor space is private and quiet. The pool is lovely. We’d love to stay again sometime!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. The property was spotless. We appreciated all of the extras: bikes, coolers, beach toys etc. Communication was prompt. I would love to stay again at this fabulous home.

Nice Location

We were disappointed to arrive at 11:30 pm and find it impossible to park in the garage. There was also a smoke alarm beeping inside the unit. We had to disable the smoke alarm. There were two bicycles on the floor of the garage when we arrived and an ice chest placed so that I could not open the driver’s door. But the wall brackets for the bicycles were poorly positioned so even after I put the bicycles up on them and repositioned the ice chest and other items, we still could not park in the garage without our side mirrors colliding with the bikes’ handlebars. Fortunately, there was an outdoor parking spot available. We found the window shades in the master bedroom to be barely adequate and almost unworkable.

Everything we wanted from this side of the island we got in this condo!

We wanted to just chill, get some work done, visit beautiful beaches, enjoy some sun and not feel rushed. This unit provided! Everything was perfect. Very clean, easy to understand instructions to gain entry and clear communication/rules from the management company. One tiny hiccup just to be aware of is that you need to submit your Safe Travels documentation before arrival. I was emailed via my personal account that I made the reservations through but since we had already arrived on the Hilo side and our vacation was already on, I completely missed it. They did track me down via phone and it was easily fixed but just a heads up. We didn’t want for anything. Especially in the kitchen. Very, very well stocked. I brought a tiny bit of spices that we use regularly and we did need them but there was black pepper, salt, and olive oil available. The grill outside is very nice and we cooked most dinners out there. The master bedroom/en-suite was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were divine. I LOVED using the lanai upstairs for a bit of yoga every morning at sunrise. The bedroom downstairs had the same comforts - nice linens and great pillows. My 7 & 9 year olds shared the bed comfortably. Wi-fi worked beautifully and we had zero issues accessing what we needed to for work. The community pool was beautiful and a 2min stroll away. My kids loved it! There is a baby section (1 ft) and the rest of the pool is 3-4 ft deep. There is also a small spa. The garage holds all the gear you’ll ever need for this area. The snorkeling gear is in good/excellent condition. The bikes are in great condition. There were plenty of beach chairs, a couple of camp chairs (if getting from a low position to standing is a problem - super thoughtful), 2 umbrellas, a tent, 4 boogie boards and a ton of sand toys. There are coolers - a small one we used for sunset trips to the beach and a larger one that was big enough for full day adventures. Everything was in excellent condition and that has not been our normal experience for VRBOs. Shopping and beaches are very close. The grocery store which had everything we needed was a 3-5 minute drive away. Our favorite beach nearby was Hapuna beach. The sand is soft and velvety like Maui and the sunset view was perfect. The “private” beach is nice and would have loved it when my kids were toddlers. Excellent snorkeling for beginners.

It just gets better

This is the third time we’ve rented from Paradise in Hawaii and the experience just gets better. The area is perfect - especially the small and lovely private beach access. The condo complex is gorgeous, quiet and beautifully maintained. The 2-bedroom condo we rented was perfect. And best of all, the folks at Paradise in HawIi are amazingly responsive, helpful and generous. We shall return!

Friendly welcoming condo in a great neighborhood

Residence was clean and very nicely appointed. With lots of toys for a family. The neighborhood amenities (pools, play areas, exercise room, hot tubs) were beautiful and friendly. Better shops at Waikaloa and no nearby walk-to beach in case you want to catch a last minute sunset. I'd definitely rent here again.

As promised, very nice and convenient to our plans

We have stayed in the area many times but this was our first visit to this property. We arrived and immediately felt comfortable. All the rooms were nicely furnished, clean and well done. The kitchen had everything and then some! The outdoor space was also very cozy. I would recommend this place and score it very high!

A lovely home and and ideally located.

We spent 15 lovely days at Inspiration Villa in February and March with our adult children.. All of us had a great time. The house is very bright and includes just about everything anyone would need. The kitchen has a full complement of quality appliances, all of which work. There are plenty of cooking tools and utensils, and handy access to a reasonable grocery store. But if you are taking a break from cooking on your vacation, there are many places to eat within ten minutes of you, from the Fairmount Orchid to a smoothie shop. Jeff and Suzanne are very efficient, and all the details went smoothly from the rental to the cleanup and deposit return. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well-equipped and well-maintained.

This is a particularly nice condo in the most inviting and lovely Mauna Lani Resort. The lap pool and exercise center are icing on the cake for a resort not far from the Beach Club, Mauna Lani Hotel, and other sparkling beaches. Interesting trails and nearby sites abound, along with a variety of restaurants of excellence and modest cuisines. It is great for families of all ages, and you long to come back again before you’re out of town.

Perfect condominium

We stayed 4 nights in Paradise Found Villa. The condo is very clean and comfortable. You can see the beautiful photos for the home decorating of the condo in VRBO and these never lie to you. It looked like just newly remodeled. The condo is very very well stocked (cannot expect more than this). The complex is located in very quiet area and we really enjoyed to hear the bird singing in the morning and the peaceful nights. We could reach out the shopping and restaurant area within a short drive. The owner was very accommodating throughout the entire process. We'll definitely return this year!
