The house and every was very beautiful lots of space very clean our only issue was that the sink was leaking and one of the bottom rooms water was leaking too from the jacuzzi and it was very cold in the bottom area other then that I really liked the house it had everything we needed
Hello Rigoberto, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences faced during your stay. Our local staff was notified of the leaking water and found no evidence of the jacuzzi leaking. We have had issues with this in the past due to guests overfilling the spa tub upstairs, but this has since been repaired. We encourage guests to reach out and report issues such as this so that our local staff may take immediate action to ensure guest comfort. The downstairs vents were closed off from the heat source. All vents should remain open so that the heat/air system can work appropriately. Our Maintenance Tech will being a thorough inspection to ensure all sinks are operating correctly.

Gorgeous home with lots of space! Fantastic Kitchen space, lots of games and movie options. WiFi worked really well while there, especially with the spotty phone service. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Thanks for a great weekend with the family!
Very comfortable and well equipped house, games available. Very quiet area, far away from supermarket. You have to pay an additional condominium fee when entering the area.
Everything was very clean and in good condition and a lovely house. The only issues were the directions were difficult to find from the info that was sent to me; the oven wasn’t working but I was notified via email about that issue and I wasn’t planning on using it anyhow; the top room was extremely hot even though the rest of the house had air conditioning; and a couple of the beds didn’t have top sheets which was uncomfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would rent the home in the future when visiting Yosemite Park.
This is a terrific home for Pine Mountain Lake, which I know quite well. The house is as beautiful as it shows in the pictures and a very good value. Some minor issues -- The kitchen should be better stocked with some spices (salt, pepper, cayenne, seasoning salt, meat rub) to help you avoid an extra trip to the store. Sugar was provided but it seems that may have been left over from the previous rental. The kitchen also needs a few more cooking implements (a normal size spatula, a few more bowls for mixing and presentation of food) and a few more plates, cups and wine glasses. Also, the drier needs to be fixed/replaced as it makes a lot of noise. These were all minor issues and I give this house five stars because of how beautiful it looks and how well it is maintained. I will most certainly stay here again.
We are glad to see this guest was happy overall with their rental. Vacasa does not require their owners to provide kitchen staples, and this owner prefers to minimize food stock to avoid ant issues. We do plan on restocking the kitchen as soon as possible, though the dryer will not be replaced at this time. Thank you!
