Beautiful Home with private pool and waterfall, (not heated) Western exposure, pool has sun all day ;) During the months of March-October temperature of pool ranges from 75-90) Floaties and noodles included...There are 2 large heated community pools and hot tubs in the Village that you will have access to if your stay is 30 days or longer. One is 1 mile away and the other is 2. Weekly pool service (every Thursday) included. Covered shaded patio with misters & a wood grain table that seats 6 plus there are 4 extra chairs, 3 lounge chairs, wicker swing chair, propane fire pit & Gas BBQ. Large grapefruit tree in the backyard and blood orange tree in the front.... Beach Wood Grain tile floors in kitchen and a 2nd living room. Dining table in kitchen overlooks the pool and seats 7 to 8, (4 chairs and bench) , also 4 high back swivel bar stools at the kitchen bar. Kitchen has chorion countertops and is fully equipped with all appliances including Juicer, toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee pot and Keurig machine. Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer built in ironing board and laundry sink. 1st Living room has a microfiber sectional with a recliner and a large electric fireplace, 55 inch TV and a full size pool table. 2nd living room has a very comfortable leather couch and overstuffed chair along with 2 chairs and overlooks the pool through two large sliding glass doors. Master bedroom has a Tempur-pedic king bed, sitting area and a separate door to the back yard/pool. 40" flat screen TV. Master bath has double sinks, jetted bath tub & a separate private shower and toilet. Also has a large walk in closet with built in dressers . Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. 2nd bath is located right across the hall.
.There is also a day bed in the den (2 twins) All bedding is included along with bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Plantation blinds throughout. Ceiling fans with remote controls in both bedrooms, den/office with designated work space, living room, dining area and outside covered patio 2 car garage.
We have also included 2 mountain bikes for riding around the village and a gas golf cart. Other misc. items: iron, 2 hair dryers, Laundry soap, dish soap, fabric
softener & dryer sheets, toilet paper, napkins and paper towels. Seasonings, coffee, sugar, flour, Oil, Pam spray, foil, handy wrap, Ziploc bags and wax paper. Each guest will receive a welcome basket. . Also complimentary toothpaste, tooth brushes, q-tips, toilet paper, bars of soap, shampoo & conditioner, along with a case of chilled bottled water in the fridge.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive—communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish, which made everything very smooth. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable extended stay, plus thoughtful extras.The neighborhood felt safe, and the people we encountered were friendly. It seemed to be more of a 55 community (though we aren’t certain), and we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was. The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts; the pool was large and inviting, and we sat out on the patio overlooking the pool every evening, listening to the waterfall.Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we appreciated how easy the host made the entire experience.

A tropical island like experience

Staying at this property was like visiting a tropical island. The backyard with the pool, trees, flowers, and wind chimes was magical. Base Camp for Adventure

I rent annually in the north valley area, anywhere from Peoria to to North Scottsdale to serve as my base for my compulsive cycling habit. Great location in a well-maintained property by a host that is clearly vested in her guest's comfort. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to rent fron her again.

The perfect place

Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional…Cathy is super easy to reach and communicate with prior to, during and after our stay. She wanted our stay to be perfect and it really was…The house is very close to my family that lives in the area and the house and yard made a great place to sit, chat, visit and/or watch some football…The house is also very handy for any shopping or eating out you might want to do. Beautiful home with everything

Such a beautiful, large house with everything you needed and then some. Large master bedroom and bathroom, beautiful large living room. Tv's in every room, making it nice for a family. All furniture was real nice and very comfortable. Backyard was so private an relaxing. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Cathy was very attentive and responsive with any questions. Highly recommend.

Even Better than Expected

When we walked in it looked even better than the photos and we felt like we had won the lottery. Very comfortable and friendly and great details everywhere. Also, AMENITIES GALORE!!! A seeet welcome basket and the house is stocked with anything you need and many things you don’t need! This house is a jackpot in a perfect neighborhood with fantastic hosts. Nice house and host, but tons of road noise

If you're sensitive to noise I wouldn't recommend this house. It backs up to a heavily trafficked 4 lane road. You can hear the traffic from everywhere in the house, and it's especially loud in the backyard. If you're not sensitive to noise, this house is a solid choice. It was well stocked with everything you'd need, the host was generous and kind, and the rest of the neighborhood is indeed very quiet.

Westbrook Village is a great place to be.Close to everything,easy access to main roads,tons of golf courses. Our house is the best house we've ever rented.Spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities you would want.Golf cart,bikes,pool toys,games,books,two tv's . The owners were super flexible with timing of arrival and departure and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool area and gardens were so relaxing,and the patio furniture was abundant.We recommend this house to anyone...Two bedrooms and two bath.Perfect for 4 adults.There is a spare room with a futon.Loved it !!!

WESTBROOK BEACH HOUSE

We had a great stay at this property. It was immaculate the photos are spot on. We are locals having some work done on our house Cathy was very accomadating and flexible with our needs. She was also very easy to communicate with and responsive. The location is great (we used to live in this development) it is close to the P83 Entertainment/Dining/Sports area. If you are a Spring Training fan this is your place to stay, it is 10 minutes away from the Ms/Padres, 25 min from Dodgers/White Sox, 25 min from Royals/Rangers. NFL fan? 25 minutes from State Farm Stadium in Glendale about a 15-20 minute Uber ride. You are a Close to a Costco, Fry's, Restaurants, Walmart and much more. The Final Four is here in 2024 at State Farm Stadium this would be a great place to stay for that! Thanks Cathy for all the support!!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL

We chose this property as our home between homes while we relocated from out of state. The home was such a blessing and so comfortable for us and our fur babies. Conveniently located and well appointed, we had everything we needed. I even told Cathy at one point how when I laid down to bed, I felt so thankful to have such a wonderful place to stay in the midst of the stress of moving and starting a new job. The pool and GORGEOUSLY appointed backyard provided an additional serene escape that we made plenty of use of! The neighbors are awesome and the neighborhood is so safe and QUIET. As a host, where do I even begin. Cathy is over the top accommodating and generous. I’ve not done a lot of VRBO’s but I know enough to know the way she spoils her guests is NOT the norm. We SO appreciate the opportunity to stay here, and when friends come to visit, you can bet this will be my only recommendation. ❤️

Opportunity in Paradise

My wife and I planned a perfect winter getaway to sunny Arizona in March 2020 to escape the cold, wet Pacific Northwest. Little did we know the coronavirus would evolve to pandemic proportions and drastically alter our vacation plans. All of a sudden everything was closed and everybody sheltered in place. For us, finding this gem in Westbrook Village was like finding an oasis in the desert and created some of our best vacation memories. The owners, Cathy and Ed, welcomed us with a thoughtful gift basket and provided cleaning supplies and chilled bottled water for our monthly stay. Their beautiful house is well-maintained and has lots of space to relax, watch TV, stream movies, play billiards or ping pong, put puzzles together, or swim in the pool. My favorite activity was sitting in the back yard by the cascading waterfall with a cup of coffee watching hummingbirds and butterflies :) We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a full month in early 2021 and hope to enjoy the restaurants, sporting activities, and sight-seeing venues Phoenix has to offer. It will be well worth the wait!

Exceeded Expectations!!

This property by far exceeded all expectations! This house was not lacking anything. It was fully stocked in all areas with everything we could possibly ever need. This was the cleanest property we have ever rented. Cathy was excellent with communication and the check in was a breeze. Very comfortable bed in the master suite! There is also a second bedroom and a Day bed with a trundle in the office area and two living areas with TVs and couches. Bedrooms each have aTV as well. Husband worked remotely without issue in the WiFi and cable TV was great. We did not use the pool as it was too cold but enjoyed the beautiful backyard scenery. So many hummingbirds! There is a city street behind the property so you will hear some road noise but that was not an issue for us and the lovely pool with the waterfall and the fruit trees made it a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. The Westbrook Village area is a very well maintained and very large neighborhood with two rec centers, golf courses, restaurants, etc in the northwest Phoenix area. Close to Sun City, Peoria and Glendale. Excellent stay, hope it be back!

The Best Hosts in the World!

Ed and Cathy took care of so many details with my stay that there was nothing I lacked or needed. They are over the top kind and generous. They really care about making sure you will be happy in their home. From the moment I opened the front door and saw how nice and clean the house was, heard Keith Urban on the speaker, saw the waterfall in the pool, I knew this was going to be a wonderful vacation. The house furnishings are so nice. There welcomed me with a stocked fridge with beverages. There were shot glasses and my favorite tequila on the counter. A gift basket filled with snacks, dog treats and toys for my bulldog Mini, and the most cutest coasters she made for me to take home. I honestly cried I was so happy and grateful to find this spot in WB Village for a whole month. Cathy even came by a week later to take a shot with me : ) She's awesome! This location cannot be beat. It's very close to Costco and the Arrowhead Mall. The golf courses are in the best condition. Not to mention very beautiful. I was able to play both the Lakes and the Vistas so much that I have some really awesome friends in the Village. Plus, the neighbors are really friendly too. If you are lucky enough to be able to book your stay here, you will not have any disappointments. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say " I'll Be Back! "

Peoria Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Peoria home! It was the perfect location to host local family and enjoy time with our precious grand-babies. The house was clean and well stocked. We decided to buy in Arizona, a place where the sun ☀️ always shine's and Amazing Sunsets! We knew we wanted to buy a home that was on a golf course , one that had a private pool and one that was close to shopping, restaurants, football stadium. & our Seattle Mariners Spring Training. Not only did we get all of that but we also got one that has (2) 18 hole championship golf courses 2 rec centers with big heated swimming pools & hot tub's & 2 restaurants with full bars. Also on the property there is tennis , racquetball and pickle ball courts and a fitness gym

What makes this property unique

When we walked through the big wood double doors and heard the sound of the waterfall and saw the unique design of the pool we were sold. This was a huge bonus.
