We purchased this home for a number of reasons. Someday we hope to possibly retire to AZ, &/or vacation there more often (when our children are older and we aren't driving them around all day to various sports, functions, etc). We love the Grayhawk area and weather in AZ, especially since we have to deal with winters in N.D.! Being a real estate professional it seemed this would be a great fit for my line of work. We found that the Grayhawk location and development EXCEEDED all of our needs. We took a lot of direction from a close friend of ours who knows the area and real estate well. The development is gated and VERY well kept - great landscaping, clean, safe.. The pool and hot tubs are awesome. Walkability was an important point as we like to have things to do nearby - we are all about convenience. Easy access to the freeway. So much stuff to do within 5-10 minute drive or walk. The mountains are gorgeous, the 2 championship Phil Mickelson golf courses are icing on the cake.

This property is updated, clean, and has great walk ability. The location is fantastic as it relates to ease of access to freeway and many other popular shopping/restaurant districts like Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland - don't forget about all of the golf courses nearby as well!!

Proximity to Market Street was superb, great restaurants and nice, bright Safeway. Beautiful pool, friendly people. Micah was a very good host, very helpful when needed.
The unit was very clean overall, nicely furnished and equipped. However, we found the master bed somewhat uncomfortable but improved it by adding a padded mattress cover, our donation to the cause. Didn't appreciate the distance to the BBQ but we made the best of it.

Perfect place to stay in Scottsdale.
Nothing negative to say: we loved the place. It was clean,spacious and beautiful.We stayed over Christmas during the coldest week of winter.Everything we needed was there: laundry ,kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with neccessities. Checking in and out was smooth. Double garage a bonus to store bikes. Lovely area and quiet community .Unfortunately it was too chilly to utilize the pool. The cold white wine and cheese in fridge and coffee and cream was deeply appreciated on arrival! Scottsdale area is gorgeous - the townhouse is close to many great shops and restaurants as well as the wonderful Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve which we explored on bikes. We absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.Thank you Micah.

Gym/Pool/BBQ are a few steps away.Pool is very pretty.Gym has 2 treadmills and universal gym equipment with a good range of weights.I am very into fitness/weightlifting and I was able to get a good workout here.

Great Neighborhood-nice ,friendly people on street.I have stayed in N Grayhawk many times and I have been never disappointed.Safeway is 2 min away and if you order groceries on line they will deliver them out to your car.
Entry by remote through double garage is an added bonus.
Very spacious bedrooms and living area.Master bathroom has great natural lighting and very large walk in closet.2nd room has large sized walk in closet too.
Micah is ALWAYS available to help(although you probably won't need anything).I think he sleeps with his cell phone attached to his ear(haha).
Don't hesitate to book this property as it has everything you will need to enjoy Scottsdale.

We loved our stay!
My husband and I stayed the month of April in the townhouse, and our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and what we had in mind when booking. The location was perfect for us-- as we had previously lived in the neighborhood across the street and are familiar with the restaurants and shopping that is located nearby. The townhouse is a likable end unit within a quiet gated upscale community....the heated pool, lounge chairs, spa and workout room are a quick walk away. Upgraded comfortable furnishings, pleasant balconies and well equipped throughout, the townhome is a very easy and pleasant home to vacation in. My husband loved the spacious garage. Communication with the owner was excellent thru the whole process, with quick response to questions and positive feedback. We certainly hope to return!

Absolutely wonderful location! You can literally walk to great restaurants, coffee shop, and grocery store!! You will have easy access to a main highway - the 101 - and most area attractions are less than a 10 minute drive.
